Boller's installed my new engine and I could not be happier with the experience. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. I was honestly surprised at how easy it was, and the whole process only took a few days one the motor arrived.

Boller’s is by far the most honest shop around. They are simply amazing! They will even recommend not repairing a vehicle if it simply doesn’t make sense. It is awesome to have a locally own repair shop that is looking out for your best interest over their own pocket book.

This is Aric martin using my Wife’s phone as I ran out of characters in my original post and is a continuation of my response to Paul’s response to my original post.Continued: …work performed at his shop. This was work that I had already honestly and happily paid for, and I felt that it wasn’t fair to me to not be able to drive my vehicle as a result of something I felt was a result of work performed at his shop. Paul, then asked me to consider it from another viewpoint (again very rudely) stating that, what if he were to let me bring my vehicle in and get it in ahead of scheduled, paying customers and it turned out to be something that wasn’t caused by his shop. If he were to do that it wasn’t fair to his customers. My thought to that response was: am I not a paying customer? He certainly wasn’t treating me like one. I then told him that I would take my vehicle to another shop and if it turned out to be that the issue was a result of work performed at Boller’s Automotive, I would no longer use his shop. Paul’s response to that was to tell me that he had a better idea and how about I never return to his shop, and as a matter of fact not to ever return to his shop and I wasn’t welcome there. I told him, that this was unfortunate and that I would no longer continue to tell people about the amazing shop I happened across and would never refer anyone to his shop. To which he replied that he didn’t want anyone that I knew to come into his shop as they would be just like I am. So, no need to worry about that Paul, as I would never return to a business where I was treated in such an unprofessional manner. After that phone conversation, I had a mechanic acquaintance of mine drive the vehicle, at which time he experienced the same concern I had, and between the 2 of us, we jacked up the vehicle, looked around and discovered that the nut and bolt on the upper control arm on the left side (which is loosened to adjust the camber and caster while performing a front end alignment) had been left loose during the work performed at Boller’s Automotive. We tightened this up and the noise and clunking disappeared. However, this having been driven like this, the alignment needs to be checked again. A cost that I shouldn’t have to incur, as I have already paid Boller’s Automotive to do a front end alignment. I tried to be reasonable and offer Paul the opportunity to make this right in my original post before I came out with the rest of the story. I am not totally surprised by his ignorant response. From my own experience and looking through reviews on here after my experience, seeing Paul’s responses to other customers that had issues with work performed at his shop, tells me a great deal about the type of business he is operating. Paul is in a business where all is good until a customer has a concern about work performed at his shop, when this happens Paul is right and the customer is wrong, his customer service is terrible and his integrity to back up services performed at his shop is nonexistent! I am taking you up on your latest idea and will not be returning, nor will I refer others, and will actually discourage others from giving you business as well! Sorry it had to be this way, but customer service, attitude, integrity and honesty go a very long way!! I would encourage anyone researching Boller’s Automotive and considering using them to read ALL of the reviews and to consider the trend.A very reasonable but very dissatisfied customerAric Martin

Saw the great reviews, but I was still scared to trust any car repair shop. I'm so glad I did! I felt like I was respected and got a great deal as well as a well informed repairman. I felt like I was spoken to as an equal and as an adult which as a young woman is not my usual impression in a car shop.

Very helpful advice regarding my new tires. After being referred to and speaking with Paul, I wished I had brought it to him in the first place. He spent a good 30 min on the phone with me, much of which was after hours, and I was not charged for the advice. I will be keeping Boller's in mind for the future.

My daughter and her friend were driving through Idaho. They were over 2000 miles away from home. They had a problem with the diesel exhaust fluid system on my truck that they were borrowing from me. After making a few phone calls trying to find someone that could take a look at the truck. I came across Paul at Bollers. He told me he did not normally work on diesel engine trucks, but if I could not find anyone else to call him back and he would take a look. I could not find anyone to help out my stranded daughter and her friend, so I called Bollers back. He explained to me that he was very busy but offered to take a look. He couldn't make any promises. Not only did he make me feel at ease sending my daughter to his shop. When she arrived he immediately put Clint (one of his techs) on the job. Clint was able to find a bad hose. He repaired the hose, refilled the system, reset, the electronics, road tested the truck and saved the day. All for a very reasonable price. He could have charged me triple or more than he did, and I would have gladly paid it. When I argued that he was not charging me enough, he told me to pay it forward. That should tell anyone all they need to know about this business. I cannot say too many good things about this repair shop. Thank You !Service: Auto maintenance

This place is fantastic. I had an old pickup that I needed a few things done to, in order to make it ready for my daughter to drive. I had him look things over and even ask him to check something I knew didn’t need repairs just to see if he was trustworthy. They passed the test. Very honest and prices are terrible, so I’ll be using them in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I told Bollers on the phone my truck was cranking but not starting like a possible fuel issue. Made an appointment for 1/19/23. I didn't have to tow it because it started when I needed to drop it off. I handed my keys to gentleman at the front counter but he said "yeah but you drove it here". I said yes I'm aware I drove it here. He told that makes it an intermittent issue and they would only look at it if it wasn't running. Its an very odd policy, I'm 51 and have driven vehicles to the mechanic to get diagnosed many times. Its a free country if this is Bollers policy that's fine but why not put it on the website or atleast tell the customer on the phone, that way my time doesn't get waster or theirs. I've made an appointment with another auto repair company that diagnoses intermittent issues on the regular, it's a normal part of what they do.

I am actually not a customer of Bollers but would highly recommend just off the experience I had. On Wednesday during the huge storm we had, my car had a tire blow out on fourth right in front of their shop I called to get it changed and couldn’t get any help. I walked in and asked if they had someone who could help me change the flat, they said everyone was on lunch but he would air it up so I could get to where I had purchased the tires. The service man went to air it up and realized there was a big hole in the tire. He told me to go sit inside out of the snow quickly brought my car in and him and the one other associate put my spare on and ever got some snow off the top of my car. On a day when I had already gotten stuck multiple times and been so unbelievably stressed these guys took some of that away and helped me so much. In a time when people aren’t really known for going out of their way I’m so thankful there are still little shops around that can still show community.Service: Tires

I love Bollers Automotive. I have been taking my car here for years and they've always taken great care of me.The owners are honest people that are more than willing to explain in-depth what it's going to take to fix whatever is wrong with your vehicle. They're also not afraid to tell you when a vehicle is not worth fixing. This place is all about taking care of their customers and their customers' vehicles. My vehicle probably would have blown up already if not for Bollers. 10/10Service: General repairs & maintenance

We had a cracked radiator on Friday just before the 4th of July weekend. Bollers made room in their schedule to get us in right away and get us on our way before the weekend. They were friendly and fair. Highly recommend.Service: Auto maintenance

I took my car in for new breaks and to get timing chain check, overall engine checked. great service and response, sent pictures with explanations and also walked me through what was needed and what can wait. I was told by another shop that I needed to spend a lot of money on repairs. that was not the case and I got what needed to be done completed and saved me thousands. This was a good decision to go here and I will continue my service.
