“These people were my hero's today! I bought a new stand up walker because I have to have 2 hand surgeries done. I had checked the measurements to make sure it would fit through all my doors but there was a hand bolt that stuck out an extra half an inch on both sides that prevents it going through my doors. I came in and they were on top of the problem. They found a bolt that would work then installed them for me. I was able to leave and not worry about weather things were going to work or not. I got home and immediately tried it and I can now go through all the doors! It cost 71 cents but I cant say enough how much it was helpful for me. I would of gladly paid much much much more for this peace of mind! Thank you to everyone who helped me today.”
