They did a fast and good job. I took it in on Friday and they went out of their way so I could pick it up on Monday. THANK YOU!

We had a great first experience. My son had an old guitar that really needed the strings replaced and some extra tweaking done. They did it within hours and didn’t even charge us for the extra stuff. I would definitely go back and recommend to my friends and family.

Took my bass in to get rewired here and Gary did such an amazing job! He went over and beyond by not only cleaning up the mess of wires on the inside but making sure everything else was up to par on the outside and road ready!! Not only did it feel better than when I first had it but they were quick and cost effective. I’ll be coming back for sure!

I have an Ibanez electric acoustic that I've had for over a decade. Lately it just hadn't been playing/sounding right. I'm far from a talented player and know even less about how to fix a guitar. Took it in to Burt's yesterday morning and Gary immediately spotted the neck was starting to warp. Gary did a super quick adjustment on it and I'll be darned, it played & felt almost like new and sounded great again. Gary was incredibly kind and treated me with respect. I didn't feel judged at all despite my lack of skill while I was testing it out in the store after his adjustment. The price he charged me was more than fair, honestly I wanted to pay him more. 100% would recommend going to see Gary for any issues your guitar has.

I have a Martin acoustic that has needed attention on 4 different occasions in the last 4 years. The last was just last Friday. I expected to leave it with Gary when my wife n I went in. The neck was what I thought "tweaked" because the high E string would not respond from the 5th fret up. A couple other stings buzzed also. In the matter of 15 minutes Gary had found that the body bridge was to low (my fault) & put a shim under it, reinstalled my almost new strings, retuned it then handed it back to me. This was like a favor for very little $. They are like a down home Music store the way it used to be back in the 1960's or 70's. Good people ! I would go no where else with any of my 5 Guitars.
