Probably the 5th or 6th car they've done for me. I keep coming back for a reason. This is the only place I take my cars and the only place I recommend to people. Excellence all the way around.”

Safelite was quick to contact me and made sure my exact windshield was ordered based on the vehicle VIN number. They had my appointment all scheduled and sent me plenty of reminders.
Upon dropping off the car, they kept me informed during the replacement process and were very quick and efficient, even though they had to perform a camera recalibration. It only took them about 90 minutes total for replacement and recalibration.
The staff and technicians at the Coeur d’Alene shop are very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this Safelite location.”

“Was traveling through from Alaska and needed a windshield in my F350. They had the windshield, and fit me in. The shop is clean, tidy, and inviting. The ladies up front were knowledgeable and super nice. My truck was done in 2.5 hrs.. no one back home compares. While I hope to not get windshield damage.. I’ll be happy to come here for repairs anytime. And they are a State Farm preferred provider so it was quick and easy. Selected them from the list and paid my deductible. Done. Thank you again.”
