Just came in here to have a look around for some souvenirs and get a root beer from the soda fountain. The store has a great selection of snacks, drinks, clothes and other souvenirs. But what really stood out was the lady on the cash register, she had a very cute dog with her and she was so friendly and happy to have a nice conversation.

It’s a convenient location to get a cold drink after hiking tubs Hill and watch the Independence Day parade.

One of the best little stores on Sherman. The owners are amazing.. the workers are kind. The store is always in tip top shape. Thankful to have a little store in our old small town still!!

Went in to buy sunscreen said they were out then I asked if I could buy the one in the window he said no "it's for advertising"... how do you advertise something you're out of? If I buy the last one not sure how that would affect their sunscreen business. Worker was not friendly would not recommend.

Large selection of drug store sundries feat. tourist novelties. Impressive array of beverage in bottles and cans. Prices maybe 20% over a gas station. Service was friendly. Bought something for $2.11 and dude spotted me a whole $0.11!!! Unheard of! So I ended up throwing the $0.11 I magically had on hand into the change bowl at the counter to keep it getting paid forward. You're welcome. Am I a hero? I don't like that word. Nope. Just doing my small part.

The most inconvenient convenience store there is. Located in the heart of downtown CDA, this large convenience store is a great location for grabbing quick drinks or snacks. The only problem is that they are constantly closed. They open late (11a) and close early (8p or 7p or 5p some days. Honestly, their hours seem to be completely random a lot of the time). And sometimes they're closed in between just because! I've gone there more times while it's closed than open unfortunately. Great idea, but I wish it was consistent. They'd do better business staying open for the drunk crowds or even opening early for all the people coming into downtown for work. Super nice inside, if you can get in.

Not sure what the deal with this place is. Went a few days ago and in the middle of the day and it was closed!! Totally sucked. Also not sure why I'm criticized about the hours. I live a block away and walk by all the time so I know when they are open and when they aren't.

A super place with the best selection of cold drinks in town (and reasonably priced which is awesome since just getting a cold drink on Sherman can get pricey). CDA-themed gifts and delicious treats too. The ladies running it are super friendly and helpful, and they were even willing to bulk order stuff we needed. So it has the feel and convenience of a "neighborhood corner store" while still belonging on Sherman with all the specialty shops.
