Brought car in to have brake/taillight fixed. Specifically told them it was not the bulb and it was noted on last invoice when I last had oil changed. Went to pickup car, said no burn bulb. Told them that was not what I wanted fixed. Nothing was fixed. Also wanted antenna fixed. Was told they could not do it, needed to go to body shop as it had been damaged. Said they left msg. They clearly did not. Not the 1st time this has happened, sadly have been with them for 12+ years as we were previous owner of another car from them. Will not do business with them again. Really need to hire people that know what they are doing , not just part changers and definitely better customer service. Won't name (names) you know who you are

It was nice to have a Honda dealer nearby for oil changes, I could walk back to the condo or someone would drive me back. The shuttle drivers are always pleasant.If any major repairs are needed, do your homework first, then decide where to have the work done. Maybe get a 2nd opinion.

Customer service is horrible at Coeur d'Alene Honda. My mom went to get a key replaced for her CRV. The dealership had given her one correct key and one key that didn't work when she bought the vehicle. She didn't know that the other key was useless because my dad always drives the vehicle and he had the key that worked. Long story short, my dad had to be rushed to the hospital when they were both out using the CRV. She tried to use her key to get in the vehicle and go home, but was stranded due to the key not working. The dealership wanted to charge her $275.00 for a key when they gave her the wrong key!!! They didn't apologize..the manager was very rude to her .I guess they just care about you when you are buying the vehicle...

I made an appointment for a recall on my odyssey and they ordered the part and Alex let me know when it came in and got it scheduled. They got it installed in the time they quoted and the manager helped get me home when I was having transportation issues. Great customer service.

I went in to buy a Ridgeline and trade a Highlander.We negotiated a OK deal on the Ridgeline and was waiting for offer on Highlander.They made an offer for my Highlander and it was low,so I left, no deal.Got a call later and was asked what we need to do to make a deal and I said I need more for my Trade.They said ok and came back to me with more on the trade...... but raised the price of the Ridgeline the same amount as they raised the Trade?!??I honestly thought it was a mistake so I went down there to try to buy.When I got there they were serious..... "you said more on the trade" I have bought a few cars in my time but I was thoroughly confused at this.Explained I meant to keep Agreed to Ridgeline price and more for trade, they sales woman went into finance and came back and told me they don't want my trade after all and the price of Ridgeline is back to full retail.Obviously I couldn't do buisness with them and left again. Then a week later a sales guy from there calls and asks if I'm ready to buy?I explained what happened and he says "I wish you would have told me and I wouldn't have wasted my time" and hangs up on me.i bought somewhere else, and got the deal I wanted, and CDA experience was just story to tell my friends about and laugh at, until the Douche sales guy calls....then hangs up on me.this place is a JOKE from top to bottom, incompetence I get, incompetent arrogance is a whole other level.Place will be closing soon I'm sure, idiots.

Mike, manager at Coeur D Alene Honda and his staff, provide an outstanding service to the northwest community. Mike runs an honest and friendly department. I had a recent encounter with Coeur D Alene Honda service department when we purchase a new car. It was so refreshing to be treated fairly and with respect, a rarity when dealing with dealerships. We went to CDA Honda not planning on buying a car that day. We had been looking at used cars for a few weeks but hadn't found anything we liked. Chez and Justin were great, they listened to what we needed and went above and beyond to get us a car that was right for our family. We never felt pressured and they answered all our questions patiently. They also helped us find the right financing and we ended up getting a new vehicle for the same monthly payment as a used car. Chez and Justin are honest, friendly and patient. I highly recommend you see them if you are looking to buy a Honda.
