They always get me in right away here! I go for pedicures because I get ingrown nails and run a lot which messes up my nails. Every person I’ve ever gotten puts a lot of time into working on my specific needs and leaving me feeling good about my nails!!

I always have such a great experience here, and since I’ve been going for so long all the staff generally recognize me when I come in. Sometimes I make appointments when I know ahead of time when I’m free, but the staff is also happy if you don’t have an appointment and just drop in. I never feel rushed and they are always happy to help. Definitely recommend!

This is one of my "go-to " salons as it is near Costco, so it's close to one main place I go to when i make the long trip into town. They've recently done a remodel to include new chairs and tables for everyone, including workers. They've added a wine bar of sorts, and most appreciated is a receptionist. I've always encountered nice staff and I've never had a complaint about my nails or brows. Well done all the way around. I did try a mimosa when I was there last. Unfortunately it was made with Sunny D instead of real o.j. so that was off-putting to me, but it's not going to stop me from getting my nails or brows done there in the future.

The woman who helped me tried to upsell me from a regular manicure / pedicure repeatedly, and was unhappy with my chosing a regular manicure. My hands were a mess and I asked her to remove my polish before leaving. She still charged me full price for the manicure and had the audacity to ask for a cash tip. If you only want to do gel nails, then don't offer reservations for regular ones! It is not ethical
She started with my manicure. I was in there 1.5 hours and it was not dry enough to leave when I walked out.

Walked in my first time started getting my nails done and asked how much it was and was immediately lied to my bill ended up being $60 which is the same price I paid for a full set of nails at the place I was going to before this. Came here on vacation, hoping for something pretty simple but was met with money, silent and rude treatment. When I went to cash out, I saw the real price of a bill was $35. When I confronted them on this, they said polish cost extra… $25 extra to get gel polish. 100% would not recommend this place at the end of the day my nails were crooked poorly done Not worth it.

Tried to go in on Wednesday and waited 30 minutes. At this point, I asked how much longer and they told me 30 minutes. They’re busy I get it, so at this point I left and decided I would come back a different day. The following morning, I called at 9 o’clock and made an appointment. I showed up for my appointment on time at 10:20. At 10:45 I still have not been seen so I asked how much longer and once again was quoted 30 minutes. Mind you I had an appointment this time. The first time I get it. You’re busy and I was a walk-in. However the fact that I even had an appointment and then wasted 25 minutes to then be quoted another 30! I have a tight schedule with a baby and cannot spend an hour waiting around before they even start. Why would you even accept appointment times if you’re not going to actually have somebody available at that time?

Friendly staff. Quality of work has went downhill. Seems they are more interested in quantity than quality. Had a gel pedicure within 2 days pinky toe gel polish fell off. Also had a gel manicure at same time was rushed off to another lady within 4 days chipped off. She seemed unhappy to have to do a manicure. I took my granddaughter and even tho she did not want some of the services we were still charged for the whole thing. Apparently they do not want return customers anymore. Spent almost $200 for two gel pedicures and one gel manicure and poor quality of work. I won’t be going back there. Always looked forward to when visiting family in Idaho to support this business but no more.
Requested style: Gel pedicure and gel manicure. For the cost they charge you and all the hidden costs they tack on. When they offer you a drink make sure to ask how much. Also ask if they remove polish gel or regular if there is a charge. Always ask the cost. They do not tell you!!!!!Bad business all the way around!!!

Love this place! My nails always look amazing and the people that work here are always so nice. I have never not seen them busy because they do such a good job so I would recommend making an appointment. I honestly can’t believe some of the reviews people are writing saying that they have been going here for 10+ years with no issues and then write a 1-2 star review over one bad experience instead of talking to management and getting the issue resolved. I would like to know where the good reviews are from the 10+ years they’ve been going but I guess that’s just me. Also, there’s a poor review posted 3 days before mine where a person talks about long wait times…I would just like to say, I was here at the same time as her and that lady was a total Karen and made quite a scene. She acted quite embarrassingly for her and the staff handled like total champs. They were short staffed this day and as we all know, a person can only do so much with two hands at a time. The staff were running around like crazy trying to give everyone amazing service. Always remember there’s two sides to every story and please try to choose kindness.
Anyways, this is the only place in Coeur d’Alene where I’ll get my nails done and Linda is AMAZING. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
