Cute spot to find healthy food. A nice variety of eat in or take away. There was only one person working when we were there. She did a great job but she needs help. It should take 30 minutes to get a smoothie.

Copow Boise provided us with dinner after my interview for the Idaho America Pageant. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor! I’m so grateful for their generosity and support—it made the evening even more special and memorable.
