Service has been out for nearly 7 days with NO NOTICE from cricket at ALL due to maintenance of power lines. Still don't know when it's getting fixed. VERY FRUSTRATING! CRICKET better not be expecting me to pay a full months of phone bill because this is ridiculous

So did a bridge pay to get me to payday was charged 5 bucks in-store processing fee then when I came back to pay remaining 45 dollar balance of witch I got a text saying that's all I owed went to store to pay an was charged again for the same thing was only spose to be 45 but they hit me for 50 after trien to get 65 I said I'm finishing bridge pay an he then argued with me I showed him text an was still over charged plus network gos down all the time an if ya get anywhere out of town no service just really bad I've bin customer for over ten yrs an never have bin treated like this amy is the only one there that can do her job def going to other network an taken my whole family with BUYER BEWARE

I ended up having to go to the store in person because trying their "leave a message and we'll call you back" is a joke. I tried for over two weeks to get my call returned. They only had one employee to take care of several people. He was a super nice guy and helpful. He needed an answer from the manager about my question. She was out somewhere but showed up, and she left this poor guy to take care of customers still waiting. He'd help one, then come back to me, then start helping another, go back to helping another previous one, then me again. She seemed kind of snotty so I felt bad for the guy being left like that. Part of being a manager is stepping up to help your employees and customers when it's busy.As to Cricket for a phone company, they're really great and hard to beat. I've had Cricket since 2008 and I've NEVER had a dropped call. Bridges, etc have never affected it. When my daughter in law had T-Mobile, her phone constantly dropped calls, including when she went under a bridge locally. Other family members have Verizon or at&t and it's the same problems of dropped calls... And they're paying a heck of a LOT more, like $100+ per month. I pay $35/month with autopay for unlimited talk and text and 10 gigabytes of internet on my phone.In fairness, ALL of the phone companies now have robots sending you through an automated maze of insanity... The reason you're calling isn't an option on their stupid automated system, and when you can't punch a number in to fit their options, you're screwed.I REALLY miss the days you could call Customer Service and hear a real person answer the phone. Nowadays too, they outsource it to other countries, and it's difficult to understand what they're saying. If you spend hours trying to get things figured out with them, you're left with a headache and frazzled.I'd STILL choose Cricket any day over other phone companies though. Even THEIR customer service isn't anywhere near as bad as the other companies I've had to deal with.

Everytime I come in I'm treated with respect and patience. That's a blessing because I know nothing about these new fangled phones. I sure miss my rotary phone
