Great small business! I enjoyed making my delivery here. If I could suggest one improvement it would be to put a NO OVERNIGHT PARKING sign by the gate by the no trespassing sign. I didn’t know they are so strict on 18wheeler parking since I’m out of state and I was kicked out of there kind of aggressively initially and the way they did it it’s obviously an ongoing issue. Please put up a sign!

The place is wide, please truck drivers who never come, when they are at the traffic light and turn left, stop following the GPS, continue straight and in 1/2 mile the warehouse is on the right. try to arrive at the time that is due because if you arrive early we have no place to park, even though the yard is immense, they will not let you park inside

The customer service is 2nd to none!From the gal that takes my order over the phone, to the warehouse staff when i need to pick up my order. The best part is the drivers, always superfriendly and seem happy to be working for Doyles. I've had other company's deliver here, and don't get the same feel.keep up the good work!

With the exception of a nice customer service rep on the phone I have had a lot of bad experiences with this company already and i haven't even ordered from them yet. First after I already verified with the state that I was compliant to sell cigarettes one of their guys on the phone argued with me saying i wasn't and even called the state and misspoke to the person at the state. Then he told me to call the state so I did. Then I called him back and said I spoke to the state and i am compliant and then he gave me the number to the state and told me to call again. I then called the state and asked if I was compliant and they said yes. So then I told them can you call Doyle's because they don't believe me. So the person from the state had to call Doyle's. After that long and annoying week. They schedule a sales rep to come out and this part wasn't so bad but he wrote down the wrong email address and didn't email the contract to me. So he shows up and i fill out the contract and he tells me 3 days. Fast forward to Tuesday (3 business days later) he is now asking for the account numbers to all of my other vendors and asking for my Federal tax number. I already gave him my social security number and he is still asking for federal tax number. I don't understand how you can not understand that I am a sole proprietorship and not a corporation so I then again tell him I don't have one and give him my social security number. Fast forward to now wednesday (4) days and i call Doyle's because I am frustrated and i get a very polite customer service rep who basically says "nothing i can do" in their own beaurocratic way. Then she basically says i probably won't be able to do an order this week after now almost a month of trying to be one of their customers. So now i have lied to my customers 2 weeks in a row and i wish I had just went with a different company. Who knows maybe once they start delivering it will get better?I bet they don't even care as that is what it sounded like over the phone.I will update after maybe.
