First class and state of the art. This way of getting strong is the safest I’ve seen and the shortest amount if time! One thing I find is if you get injured nothing grows. Being strong for life is a blessing and essential. Doing it in 2x15 minutes per week is so efficient and makes too much sense.

Unique approach and very effective exercise. Fits in well with a busy schedule. Do not be fooled by the 15 minute workout... You WILL leave having taken your muscles to exhaustion and feel great having done so. The science behind Exercise Institute's approach is backed up and proven.
