I was not impressed with this location. The reason for the low review is one person. Most of the employees are friendly and more than happy to help. Gina is rude, and doesn't seem to care about helping customers. The bigger issue is the way she speaks and treats the other employees. I was shocked someone found it acceptable to speak the way she does to coworkers at all, let alone in front of customers.Went back in to drop off an item quickly, was again blown away at the treatment of customers by Gina. She was rude and looked disgusted to be helping an elderly lady. Going to corporate doesn't do anything. They don't care how the customers are treated. Will be using other companies for my future needs.

I had an issue with an item printing that was not FedEx’s fault at all, and the staff were so helpful! Cindy spent a good amount of time with me helping to get the print job to the perfect size!I use this location regularly for my business and personal printing and always have quick service, the staff verify all orders and correct any mistakes quickly!

This is the worst managed and staffed business I think I have ever been to. Any chance they have to make a snarky remark or make a customers experience more difficult they jump on! My advice, go somewhere that values you as a customer because they do not!

FedEx is a trash company with trash employees. They sent me texts and emails all day Friday that my package was on the way and had to be signed for. It never arrived and now they are telling me it's coming today and I have to wait again. I can't afford two days off for a box of primers. FedEx sucks.

I use this FedEx location on a regular basis for work. Neal, Jason, Cindy and Joseph have always been more then helpful. They greet me by name and are always very friendly and offer great suggestions for my projects. I have many options for printing but always choose FedEx in CDA. Keep up the great work.

I’ve always had good service here. Sometimes the staff are busy filling orders and I recognize that I’m “not the only game in town”. The staff have always been courteous, friendly and helpful.

Rude service, really uncalled for. The man who helped me was snotty and really did not care for my business. It was almsot like he hated that I walked through the door.

This location has the worst customer service. Went there to get a passport photo for my boyfriend, and everything was rushed. The photo the clerk gave us was grainy and blue tinted. He said it was fine and that is what they look like... well it was REJECTED on his passport application. Waste of 20 bucks.

Very helpful! Cindy helped me get my display squared away for my vending machine. She was very knowledgable and was able get all the dimensions correct.

Assistant manager needs to be fired. When your greet is "WHAT DO YOU NEED" then refuses to help you in any sort of way..Go work at a warehouse where you don't talk to people if you can't be friendly. Geez.

Neal was rude from the moment we walked in. I was trying to pick up a package for a friend of mine who had left town before her package arrived. Neal was extremely unhelpful, combative and treated me like a criminal. He mentioned the word fraud about 16 times, offered no solutions for our situation even after my friend called in to verify it was her. We offered to face time, show ID verification AND I had the tracking # and Neal STILL wouldn't help us. His manager Cindy was a REAL Karen and was not helpful either. Rude, rude, rude. Hung up on my friend multiple times (I'm currently in the store watching her do it). We asked her if it would be better to send the package overnight and she just won't give any straight answers. I would give zero stars if I could. Rude, obnoxious, unprofessional & horrible service.

Will charge a ton to package something up to the biggest package possible.. then charge you an oversized amount for shipping due to oversized.. then offer to put it in a smaller box to reduce the shipping and charge you more for packaging and a box again as well as start with $105 and by the time they are done repackaging it its now $170... gettting bait and switched multiple times.. what was $112 shipping plus a box on the website ended up costing me over $200.
