We were trying to work with Kat at the Spokane showroom since early December to order a sink. She never got back to us.We bought the most gorgeous sink somewhere else and it was delivered today.

5 phone calls 7 transfers 2 "we will call you right backs" several different people...All to order a simple shower rebuilt kit listed on their website, I HAD THE PART NUMBER FOR!! 3.5 hours later I am still waiting on a call back and still no part. Most frustrating parts order EVER.
