Hands down one of the best banking experiences I've had in 25 years of business, New to the FIB family ( that's how they make you feel) I was looking for a bank for a commercial loan for a project we are doing in Sandpoint Idaho...Angela Erickson handled this loan, and it could not of been easier or gone smoother....I mean it simply has been fantastic...She introduced me to manager Toni, Barb, Nicole, Chris and the other tellers whom have helped me....They make you feel welcome and wanted...Its banking at another level...We all have choices where we bank, this was an excellent choice and I couldn't be happier and more satisfied with my experiencesK SimsKASCO
