Have read some of the negative reviews and these people need to get a life.
My experience in the last ten years is the staff is very customer oriented and their service is five star. Sure they are busy but seem to handle pressure well. Their prices are very competitive.
They will be my go to in the future.

Updated: I had a conversation with the pharmacy manager, in which she expressed profuse apologies and offered some acceptable proposals to avoid future delays in refilling this particular medication. I was grateful for her attention
and willingness to communicate. I hope to see improvement.
I have one prescription with this pharmacy and 75% of the time they mess it up. I live out of town, a 50 mile round-trip to this pharmacy and I cannot tell you the number of times that I have been assured that my prescription would be ready on a specific day and when I show up to pick it up they have either not ordered it, it hasn't come in, they've lost my request,or something else. Don't use this pharmacy. They could not find their way out of a wet paper bag.

They have one individual staff member who is very thorough and fantastic. They unfortunately are a very slow moving pharmacy and all other staff members have been very unprofessional, and today's encounter requires myself to choose to switch back to my original pharmacy due to poor professionalism.I was expressing things seemed to be being done much differently than my past pharmacy, and I was a little frustrated with the process. The woman's response after acting annoyed with assisting me through the entire delivery set up, I quote was-"Then you can go back." She then proceeded to hang up on me. Her name is Angie.I have no problem at all going back to a pharmacy I can trust, rely on, and who are professional with my health. I attempted to call back twice to ensure a refund, because she had hung up on me right after charging my card. Each time, once I was connected and my phone number had been seen, she/they continued to hang up on me. It reminds me of a very immature high school spat.None of them are very patience with any questions or sound like they enjoy their job. It's discouraging too see so many people in this world with low emotional maturity especially handling our needs and health. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

Very helpful with all my medications, trails, disability issues, plus they all know my name. I feel they are a second set of eyes for me.

Their pharmacists will hang up on you in the middle of a sentence and it doesn’t matter if you’re being polite or having good manners, apparently they must assume that being busy gives them the right to treat others however they please. And this hasn’t happened just once, if so then I’d shrug it off as a bad day, no… this has happened more than three times.On top of their complete disregard to others while on the phone they also mess up their prescriptions constantly- and I mean constantly. If it’s not one problem, it’s something different.Unfortunately I have a lot of medical problems but that has given me a vast experience of dealing with a variety of different pharmacies and I can say that this place is definitely the worst one I have ever seen.This pharmacy just needs a complete personnel change. I’ve used different Fred Meyers Pharmacies in the past and had great experiences, but this one is just absolutely awful.

This pharmacy is always LINES OUT THE DOORS!!!! You want to wait all day to get your prescription filled then this is the place to go!!! Ha. ?????

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Over 4 hours for them to fill a prescription. I will never ever use this one again.

I love this pharmacy. The techs and pharmacists have always been kind to me. I got there at 9 AM today and did not wait in line. They had my prescription ready to go and the pharmacist was very warm and explained the medication to me in an easy to understand way. Very happy. Will get all my meds there. They were kind to me in 2018 also when I got meds there for a terrible ear infection.

They have for years been behind in finding a solution to long periods of waiting in line to obtain your prescription. The pharmacy also needs a remodel, been over 22 years.

NATURAL/ ORGANIC SECTION:I stopped shopping here because it's not easy to find organic & natural foods since these products have now been integrated into the store, along with all the genetically modified and sugar latest products.I shopped at Fred Meyer for years, because the natural and organic section was separate from all the rest of the products, unlike Safeway and Albertsons, who had integrated. I am disappointed.CUSTOMER SERVICE: I have always received exceptional customer service counter experience
