This is the most unorganized and incompetently run Home Depot I have ever been in in my life. We own a homes in California, Texas, and Idaho and I am currently doing a lot of work on our Idaho home and I have never come in here and been dealt with in a competent manner.

I've had good and poor customer service experiences but for the most part I'd give a three stars. I'd say since the flu restrictions, the store operates much better.

Website is awful. It makes a lot of sense till you try to order online. The items were only able to be purchased with the Home Depot Credit card. Then not the entire order. The order over 2,000 did not go through. Big Items beware. The website is a scam.

I like the Home Depot they have good products and good deals. But they have horrible employee's. They are rude not helpful. None of them ever smile and most of all they have been rude to my little kids.

We recently purchased a home in Post Falls, ID that needs a complete renovation. My first concern was kitchen and bathroom cabinets. My local Home Depot suggested calling to Cd'A to get help. I had the good fortune of getting Mike in the kitchen cabinet department on my first call. Mike was so helpful that I was able to order all my cabinets with no stress. He was knowledgeable, professional and helped with suggestions. It took us several days to pull this size job together and Mike stuck with me the entire time. He called me when he said he would call, if he did not know the answer to something, he found the answer and called me back. I never expected this kind of customer service and support and was so pleasantly surprised! Even after the sale, he is still helping me with getting door samples! Thank you Mike!

Cristian, the heavyset redhead, and Melany in the customer service department were all not only unhelpful today, they were flippant and demonstrably rude. They have by far been the least desirable employee interaction I've had at this store. To be honest; most every other employee I've interacted with here has been above average, so the contrast today was distinct.

Know what you want before you enter the store, avoid contact with the employees whenever possible. Do NOT ask them questions were avoidable. Most have no idea what they're talking about or what they're doing.

I will never shop here again. The store manager is rude and unreasonable. Credit DOES go to Kevin and especially Juanita (customer service) who processed my refund (online order, unopened merchandise) which the store manager refused to do. TO JASON BALL (District manager): I HOPE YOU READ THE REVIEWS OF THIS STORE. YOU HAVE JUST LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER TO LOWE'S. P.S. You also might try answering your phones. Need to get rid of current store manager and replace with Juanita. This store is a hot mess.

I don't like stupid worthless people who refuse to give customers information that they have every right to. I told them flat out I need a receipt for the work that was done on my house. They thought that was lol funny for some reason that I can't figure out and then they hung up on me. I had to talk to 13 people 13 times over the course of a couple months to finally get these stupid worthless idiots to give me a receipt. I really should only have to ask once. I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever go to any home depot store in the world ever again.

I love Home Depot , have for years . That all changed when I bought a new Milwaukee impact and drill kit . From the first time I used the tool the impact wouldn't hold the bits in . So instinctively I called Home Depot to see if they would exchange my faulty tool for a properly working one . They told me they would help no problem . I go in today to do said exchange , I live an hour from the nearest Home Depot so I don't make the drive for nothing . Long story short I go in to return and the lady working the return counter was absolutely no help . I explained my situation , she said she couldn't help , I then explained what I had been told on the phone and she told me to go wait by "hardware " and she would have someone come help . Fast forward 30 minutes no one came to help and none of the folks at the pro center could help . So here I am stuck with an expensive broken tool and the only thing I can do now is go through the manufacturer warranty process which is pain staking and length . Pass on this store and go to the sandpoint or Spokane one they are far superior and worth the drive .

Im not very happy with the Home Depot in CDA right now. We went in there on Sunday, Sept. 18th to shop for and purchase new counter tops for our kitchen. After choosing the material we sat down with a salesman in the kitchen designs dept, went over pricing and installation details, then we payed the guy. While the salesman was filling out our contract he asked for the best number to reach us at, we provided our phone number and were told we would be getting a call from an Ore

I couldn't,t agree more with average review of CDA Home Depot, absolutely the worth ran store I have ever seen. I don't blame the employees, it's the management that sucks. If it wasn't for their big buying power keeping their prices down they would certainly fail. However, their lumber prices are terrible, people go to Gibbs in Hayden for your lumber, much better prices.
