Dissatisfied with the customer service at this dealership.Despite putting $7,000 down on a car to lower payments due to school commitments, the salesperson was unhelpful during the transaction, responding with a solid "I don't know" to most questions during the test drive, ok fine maybe he didn't know, but could he have asked someone when we returned to the lot? The promised features like built-in navigation, no dents in body of car, turned out to be inaccurate. When I arrived to the lot the car had a deep dent in the back, to the point where paint will eventually start peeling from it. I asked for money to be taken off due to this and was told by the sales man "no because the car comes with a lifetime warranty" which had nothing to do with the paint peeling over time or the dent. After getting the car home and driving to school at night, I realized you are unable to see out of the 4 side windows and rear window once it was dark outside- I realized I was sold a car with a huge safety hazard at night, there was no way to tell the tint was that dark during the day unless you brought a device to measure the tint during purchase. My husband completely refused to even drive it once it was dark because the windows were so bad. I explained to them this was a selling point on the car "Subaru with tinted windows, perfect body with no scratches" to be exact. Despite discussions with the sales manager after purchase, the only resolution offered was removing the tint, not replacing it with a lighter one. This resolution was offered after several calls after being told NO they would originally not doing anything to correct the situation. Let's remember that the tint was part of the selling features that Jennifer had originally sent to me...ends up being tint so dark you can't see out at night. I ended up paying $500 for a new tint and it's going to cost nearly $1000 or more to fix that deep dent. I will certainly never be able to afford to put in built-in the navigation feature that was promised. Check tint percentage- bring a measuring device and verify ALL features before leaving the lot when purchasing a vehicle here. Despite liking the car, attempts to resolve issues were met with limited cooperation from the dealership. I really wanted to give a good review even with all these issues. I called several times and I made one last attempt for them to make this right and my call was never returned.

My experience at George Gee was so awesome!!! 'No pressure sales' is the ONLY way to explain my experience and I recommend them to everyone!!Thank you so much!!! The other car dealerships I went to could definitely learn from George Gee how REAL salespeople act!

Issacs and Paul do a fantastic job helping me into our new KIA. They put up with the many questions and many days of dragging my feet. They were patient, humble and kind.Don in finance was terrific and had a great time visiting with him while signing those dreaded papers.Thank you again!

Isaacs was able to help my mom get a great deal on a car without having to guilt trip, manipulate, pressure, or make her feel uncomfortable in any way. He was the nicest car salesman we have ever met and if we ever need another car we will be sure to come back again!

Our purchase was very quick and went smoothly. After we got our new Bronco home, we were very happy with it until we took it through the car wash and water poured into the cab above the visors. I contacted the dealer, and they said it should be covered by the warranty. I took it to our local Ford Dealership, and they informed us that the warranty would not cover it because the problem was caused by the aftermarket pod lights that were installed by the previous owner. We also discovered that the antenna is stripped out. Apparently, it was also caused when the aftermarket pod lights that were installed. Now we are going to have to pay a bunch of money out of pocket on our new rig just to have it waterproofed before winter comes and the salesman isn't showing any interest in helping us out. I thought he would at the least offer for us to bring it to his dealership to get it fixed so we could at least get FM radio and not have to worry about water leaking all over into the cab. As of right now, at first, we had a great experience with George Gee, but it's turning out to be pretty stressful. We can't even get our rig in until October! Ughhh not happy.........

If I could give zero stars to the service department I would. My daughter started to experience some issues with her Kia in July 2023. She would be driving down the road and without warning her car would shut off, no alarms sounding, and no instrument lights lighting up. So we brought it in to the service center and explained to them what was happening. They said that they would look into it but they would need to have her car for about a week to properly diagnosis the issue. We said ok and off we went. After several phone calls to see if they had any luck getting the issue to replicate for them, and 3 weeks of them having her car we were told that they were unable to replicate the issue. I found this extremely unlikely to believe so we went and picked up her car to take it to another mechanic for a second opinion. While we were there we requested a copy of their history notes which should have logged the date, time, technician, mileage and any notes for they gathered during that test. Low and behold they were unable to produce any history notes for us. Yep that's correct, they could not produce any knowledge of what was wrong, why and a resolution for correcting it because THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP HER OUT. Ready for the real kicker, as she was on her way back to work just a couple of miles down the road from George Gee Kia, her car shut off once again in the middle of the road. Funny your service department and licensed qualified technicians could not get it to replicate. In my opinion you took her car, parked it in the back of the lot and left it there. Who knows how long you would have had it had we not gone back in to check on it. This is absolutely unacceptable, my family will NOT give our business to George Gee Kia again.

Ethan and Rob were amazing! I found a truck that I really liked but my family was headed out of town the following day, so Ethan and Rob and the maintenance team made it happen! The customer service at George Gee was some of the best I have ever experienced and the extra mile everyone went to make sure my family had a truck to drive home that night was something I greatly appreciated. I would buy all of my vehicles from them!

It is with great disappointment and frustration that I write this review about my recent experience at George Gee Kia. My encounter with their establishment was marked by abysmal customer care, inadequate customer service, significant delays, and subpar quality repairs. Regrettably, my expectations were far from met, and I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others.To begin with, the level of customer care at George Gee Kia was nothing short of appalling. The staff seemed disinterested in assisting me and failed to provide the basic courtesy and respect that one expects when dealing with a car dealership. Their dismissive attitudes and lack of attention to my concerns were deeply disheartening.Moreover, the customer service at George Gee Kia was severely lacking. It was a constant struggle to obtain clear and timely communication regarding the status of my vehicle. Any attempts to reach out and inquire about the progress of repairs were met with evasiveness and vague responses. This lack of transparency and accountability created immense frustration and made me feel as if my concerns were inconsequential.Delays were a recurring issue throughout my experience with George Gee Kia. What was initially promised as a reasonable timeframe for the repairs ended up being a prolonged ordeal. The constant pushbacks and excuses for the delays only served to erode any remaining trust I had in their ability to provide timely service. The lack of proper planning and organization on their part was evident and inexcusable.The quality of repairs performed by George Gee Kia was far from satisfactory. The workmanship on my vehicle was riddled with visible flaws and errors, indicative of a lack of attention to detail and expertise. It was disheartening to witness such shoddy craftsmanship. The repairs not only fell short of industry standards but also left me questioning the competence of their technicians.Regrettably, my overall experience at George Gee Kia was marred by an overwhelming sense of disappointment. Their poor customer care, lackluster customer service, persistent delays, and subpar quality repairs have left a lasting negative impression. I would strongly advise prospective customers to exercise caution and explore alternative options before considering George Gee Kia for their automotive needs.In conclusion, I cannot stress enough the magnitude of my disappointment with George Gee Kia. Their inability to provide adequate customer care, their substandard customer service, the incessant delays, and the poor quality repairs have led me to question their commitment to their customers. I sincerely hope that my review serves as a wake-up call for the dealership to reevaluate its practices and strive for the level of service and quality that customers rightfully deserve.

Came for an oil change in the car we bought from them... friendly and thorough. They offered a shuttle service but we just waited the hour in the waiting room while they completed the service.

Don was such an amazing help. I wanted a new car that I would feel comfortable driving in & he gave me exactly that. Would 10/10 recommend going here. The atmosphere was so welcoming and they didn’t make me feel pressured like other places do.

Took my Kia in to have the back bumper repaired,I scheduled this way in advance and had them do the quote on it after a week of waiting we called to get an update and we were told they had to order a bumper , thats why I scheduled it in advance and took it for the quote. We had to call to get any updates they never bothered to update usWhile they were repairing the bumper they put a chip in the fender . I went to pick it up and pointed this out and left it.I picked up my car today and their solution was to brush on touch up paint that doesn't even match. Highly dissapointed , expected more from a dealership that I purchased the car from.Won't be recommending this place to anybody.

Great service from the minute we walked in the door. Professional. Comfortable. We didn't want a high pressured salesman and we didn't get one! Dan Winters was helpful, polite, knowledgeable, just super. The finance man was equally as helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
