Every time I go to a great clips with one of the coupons that they blast at me online, I have an issue. This time was no different. I just paid $12 more for a haircut than I expected to. I will never use great clips again.

Very easy to make an appointment. Got in right away works great with my unpredictable schedule. Stephanie was wonderful. I was getting my winter to spring haircut and I think it was the best I ever had.

Not a good haircut. The results were uneven patches, completely uncut hair around my ears and asymmetrical blend between my left and right sides. The stylist was kind but did not do a good job.

They are terrible at listening and I told the lady to my shoulder and she cut it to my neck and I am very unhappy will not go back there

We had such a bad experience at Great Clips on Government. None of the staff were very friendly. We took our year and a half little boy in for a quick haircut- the gal cutting his hair was very unfriendly and not patient whatsoever. We felt like we were a bother the ENTIRE time and will NOT be back.
