Let me start off my review by outlining why I came to Intermax- Spectrum has completely and utterly destroyed my will to live. I cannot comprehend how poorly run Spectrum is. Literally, everything they touch is worse off as a result. Intermax was my savior in a world where I thought I was trapped and stuck with Spectrum. I still cannot fully comprehend what it is like to not have to deal with constant phone and internet issues, managed in the background by a bunch of people who seem as though they are also being held hostage by Spectrum. However, that is exactly how my first 6 issues have gone with Intermax. Shockingly, everything just works. This is the first time in my time running this business where I do not have to constantly battle our phone/internet provider. Intermax actually helps by not causing problems, so we can take care of our customers and run our business. Thank you so much for saving us from eternal Spectrum hell.

Update- a month into service and still going awesome! I'm so glad we ditched ziply and moved over to intermax.Awesome customer service and good internet without any lagging, pixelating or issues

I would give 10 stars if I could. The installer was early and extremely professional. He was very detailed in the set up of our internet system. Nathanael Carper is his name and I can only say he needs a ton of accolades from his company. He is what every company now days is looking for but cannot find. Inter Max is very lucky to have him. Great job today!!! Would highly recommend!!

So far the best rural internet provider we've used. Best customer service as well. We've been using them about two years now and found them to be as good, or better, as when we first signed up. We've used Hughes, Dish, and Red Spectrum. After Red spectrum went downhill, we found that Intermax has a tower in range. We started out at more than double our old speed. Now it is nearly 4 times that. Like any ISP, they occasionally have outages but they are very few and resolved quickly. We just had an issue with our internet and a technician, Jeremy, came to our house. You won't get that with Starlink. Checked our equipment, their equipment, made repairs and tied everything up very professionally. He also gave us good recommendations on future equipment to improve on what we have without breaking the bank.

I have been with Intermax for over 2 years and I have had no issues. They always notify when they will be doing maintenance or repairs and those are done mostly overnight. I have no need to shop around! I also enjoy the “no price increase” they have chosen to provide

Starlink who??? We have been Intermax customers for years, but got starlink as a backup for business internet when power goes down on the mtn. Intermax beats starlink on every front. They just upgraded our speeds and it's screaming fast. Best customer service as well, we're customers for life! ? Thanks guys!

Over the years I have tried just about every possible way to get internet service -- dial-up, DSL, Cable TV(SuddenLink / Optimum), 3G/4G cellular (Verizon), wireless, 5G (T-Mobile). Finally Intermax Networks comes to the rescue with fiber to the home! My wife and I have gone from continual frustration with the internet to the point that now we almost take it for granted. Our internet service just works GREAT, its always rock-solid. Both of us can be on separate online meetings or streaming music/movies or whatever else and the service just works without any hassels. I haven't even noticed a hiccup in our service since it was installed over 2 months ago.

Awesome service and great communication from Stephanie our rep! The instal was very fast at around 1 hour total quick in and out. Levi answered every question we had. Looking forward to having intermax as our provider for the future!

The service is generally good, fairly fast. I am, however, extremely disappointed in the complete lack of communication regarding the outage for Schweitzer Mountain. This outage (3days so far) affects hundreds of people and there hasn’t even been an email regarding anything about it.
