“A Few days later! I made a 2-star review a few days ago but I want to make it a 5-star review at this time after I was personally contacted by Brendon by phone and we worked things out. He explained what had happened and said it was being taken care of and he was very understanding and willing to make things right. He worked with me and I did tell him I was angry and he understood but after his call I also understood that I don't know what's actually going on behind the scenes so this may sound kinda backwards but although I was angry I am now satisfied that it was not his fault for the lack of response and I am a christian so I also believe in second (and third and fourth, etc.) chances so Brendon THANKS for everything and your kindness to me and here's a 5-star review - you deserve it!”
