My neighbor who is 88 years old had his DISH receiver go out. I was able to schedule him his appointment from noon to 1400. No one came or provided us a courtesy call. I called DISH twice. I was provided the tech support number who would be providing assistance. I left a voice message and no one has responded. The DISH bill is over $200 monthly. The receiver has been out for 4 days. Horrible service for an elderly person who is paying far too much. Where is his senior discount? Shame on you.
