Purchased a lift-recliner for aging parent about 18 months ago. Chair is high quality and has fabric that has worn well. Very fairly priced for quality. Sometimes things do break as we had issue with certain of the functions (cause turned out to be motor) on a Sunday morning. Called store. Terrific service immediately and from all persons involved. By Tuesday before noon Koerner had dispatched a very competent and polite service technician who diagnosed issue and had it repaired (he had spare motor with him). Great store, great service.

My wife and I ordered a new sofa and love seat last July and specifically requested black cup holders for the love seat console and were assured that was not an issue. The furniture was delivered just before Thanksgiving (as expected). Unfortunately, the cup holders were ugly chrome. The issue was promptly reported to the delivery manager by the delivery team and to our sales representative by us. I need to state that all of our experience with the sales representative and delivery teams was excellent. Ultimately, the owner, Tim Koerner, refused to correct the cup holder situation even though the replacement cup holders cost only $12. Thankfully, the sales manager did authorize a full refund for the set. If the ownership will not pay $12 to correct their mistake, what is the chance they will stand behind their product when something else goes wrong. I guess Tim would rather try to sell $6,000 in used furniture (or maybe he tried to pass it off as new) than purchase a $12 cup holder set. Makes absolutely no sense...but as we have told our story to our friends, neighbors, and coworkers, we have learned that "Tim as always been like that!" CAVEAT EMPTOR! We returned the furniture and bought at another local family owned store. Our new furniture is also made in the USA, has a much longer warranty than La-Z-Boy, and cost much less.

Do Not Purchase the Extended Warranty!!! It is with a company it New York that does not honor the Warranty!!!! It takes WEEKS to get them to even look at a claim and then they DO NOTHING BUT LIE TO YOU!!!!

As a General Manager who works in the furniture business, I’ve always enjoyed doing business with Koerners Furniture. Tim and Mark run a tight ship…. And it shows!From the sales experience with Polly, to the delivery experience with Griffin and Austin, the experience was delightful. Everybody was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite.Some may consider them as my competitor, however, I consider them friends. I sincerely hope that we can work together, as this team exemplifies what any customer looks for in “customer service”.

We have purchased furniture twice from Koerner and are very happy with both the quality of the items and the service we received both in the store and upon delivery. Our most recent purchase was delivered the day after we purchased it. Griffin and Justin were friendly, professional and handled the task quickly. Would definitely recommend Koerner!

Polly was so easy and fun to work with! Will definitely work with her in the future. And John and Brian delivered my beautiful recliner. These guys were awesome! So nice and showed my all the "bells and whistles" about my new chair. Everyone was so nice and easy to work with! No high pressure salesman stuff! Will be purchasing future furniture with this team!!
