Let me start by saying I love shopping Kohl's deals. BUT I find it very frustrating when I purchase an item at the store and come home only to see it is cheaper on-line. Does anybody agree with me?

Best shopping experience and I don't enjoy shopping. Sonya the woman who checked me out gave me the consummate customer experience. She was proactively helpful, kind and a joy to meet. I found everything I was looking for. Dressing rooms were clean!!

I had a pickup order. 1st in email no instructions on even approximate location of their pickup area. It's not well posted, nor a map by the door. It's go in and wander. On the way out the door I had 5 associates walk by me. Not one of them even smiled at me. It was just a stare as I walked by like I stole the bag in my hand that I purchased online. It made me nervous walking out the store with it. Their pick up via email also sounds safe and secure until you get to the store and find out it's not. It's just all put into baskets for anyone to grab and take. And the associates, really they don't greet customers and only stare at you like a thief!!!

I wouldn't bother the staff seem zoned out and the place is disorganized i walked straight to there clearance rack found a pair of shoes my size and brought them up to the counter and it took them almost 30 mins to figure out that they where not on clearance all and all there is a reason these stores are closing and everything is going digital

Took me an hour to find 3 pairs of shoes, stood in line for 40 minutes to use my 30 % coupon, she says it cant use it. So i walked out. Not happy.

I returned a pair of pants that were the wrong size. I couldn't find my receipt. In less than 5 minutes, she looked up my purchase and refunded my $. Loved it ❤

We were looking for a specific item. We found it quickly. The cashier was very helpful at pointing us in the direction we needed to go to find the other thing we were looking for. She even asked once we got back up to the register if we found what we were looking for. Very satisfied with kohl's.
