Customer service is awful. I went to the door during business hours. The door was closed, I knocked, someone opens the door and says, in a very impatient tone, "We're already too busy". I told her I just wanted to pay my bill and she shuts the door in my face. Very weird.

As many others have indicated, the "service" at this location is all but non-existent. I fasted for 12 hours in order to show up for labs that were scheduled well in advance only to be told (with attitude) that they couldn't perform the test because they go to lunch at 11:30 and that I would have to return at 7:00 on a different day. When I asked Jalynne if she would please call a manager to see if there was a way to figure out a solution, she got really snarky and refused to even listen to my suggestions. She said that what I wanted to do was "against the law", which I told her I did not believe for one minute. Of course, after leaving, I did my research and as expected, there is no Federal or State law that would prevent doing what I was suggesting. It may be against their policy but that was why I was asking to call someone with the authority to at least consider making an exception due to the circumstances. Then I left a message for Jason, her manager, and requested a call back but have not had the courtesy of getting a response. If you need to go to Labcorp, do yourself as favor and pick a different location.

These ladies SCREAMED at my 18 month old as they repeatedly poked my child and failed to draw any blood!! They have absolutely no compassion for their job nor the people they see.. Go to Sacred Heart instead- SH has ALWAYS been kind to us. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Do better!

The phlobotomist that I dealt with was rude and extremely unhelpful. Then to find out she gave me incorrect information. Sent me to another LabCorp after waiting over an hour.

absolutely disgusted the way the person at the front desk at LabCorp, first thing this morning, July 30, 2024, treated an elderly gentleman who was in line in front of me. If that person worked for me, I would’ve fired her. She was so rude. I cannot believe somebody that heartless and mean can work in healthcare. If I knew her name, I would put it in this post. She was so rude. She should be publicly shamed.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE people working there.
Been here 4 times already. Twice for my son, once for myself and today for my fiancé.
Everytime I come in, there is no “hello how can I help you” NOTHING.
It’s always a blank stare with snotty attitudes. It’s not what they say, it’s HOW they say it. There should be no one working like that in a medical setting. Get better employees OR retrain them. A lot of us have no problem getting disrespectful back. DO BETTER !!!

After many times going to this location, leaving in disbelief any business would provide such horrible customer service,
I will never go again. Today was my final straw- I’d rather drive another 30mins to
get my blood drawn at another place than ever set foot in there again. Everyone there needs to be fired and new management needs to come in. And I mean from them knowingly keeping wrong business hours on the web and not caring at all how that impact customers, to not have any sense of urgency or even acknowledging you when you arrive- to RUDE employees who couldn’t care less about you and clearly hate their jobs. I could go on for days… simply now this- it’s the worst customer

If 0 stars was an option, I would give them one for every time we have been in. Terrible experience every time my husband or I have had to take our 14 month old in. One lady was training and was so annoyed and frustrated with the trainee she was taking it out on my little one in terms of being rude and lacking gentleness while drawing blood on my baby. My little one was crying so hard my husband had to tell the lady to just stop your being rude and too rough! Another time I went in and the staff was rude from the beginning. They were very unsocialable with patients but were having personal conversations among themselves. There were only 2 employees with a lobby of people, and we were all waiting so long (almost 2 hrs) people were walking out of waiting room, my 5 year old and 14 month old were getting very impatient at that point and the staff was getting annoyed by the noise. When it was finally our turn the employee decided it was a good time to run out to his car, prolonging our visit for personal reasons even longer. Finally got the blood work done that was needed before a biopsy could be done, just to later find out the labs were lost and she has to have them done all over again and we have to hope the results are back in time for her procedure. Terrible, terrible, terrible! By the looks of the reviews though most of this is a common thing with no changes or repercussions being made! Most people are going in for serious and scary health conditions, they shouldn't have to worry about poor service on top of all their other worries! If you don't like your profession, then change it instead of making others experiences 10x harder.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Yesterday was my first time going to this lab. I have a severe needle phobia so I called ahead and asked some questions to ensure that they could accommodate my needing to lay back and if there would be a phlebotomist comfortable with dealing with a fainter. Jessica assured me that she could absolutely handle it. Once I arrived, I discovered that she even had a few tricks up her sleeve to prevent me from fainting which actually worked! This was my first blood draw in 15 years that I didn't faint. Thank you, Jessica!

All I can say is these people must of moved here from California because they were rude. I went in today to have my yearly lab work done. My doctors office is in Liberty lake so I asked to have my lab work done at Labcorp to save time. Big Mistake. I could see they were very busy with every seat full so I walked up to the dark haired gal and gave her my name and asked if my info was sent to them. Here is what I got " Im very busy and dont have time to look and see if your info is here. All you can do is put your name on the list and you will be helped when its your turn." The look I got was the same look my wife gives me when I did something wrong and the tone made me feel horrible as if I did something wrong. I walked out very fast thinking if the front of the house is this angry whats the back look like. This is a good example of nobody has to treat anyone nice because we are so busy anyway and really dont need more business. I drove to Liberty Lake and got in within 2 minutes and drove back to work. I run a very successful company in CDA that has been around for over 50 years and have never treated my customers so poorly. Please do not use this facility because they do not deserve to be in business.

Expect a looong wait. Technician did a great job at the blood draw but spent so much time with everyone having personal conversations and dropping f bombs.

I Have a very rare autoimmune illness. I had to had blood drawn from Lap Corp and from Kootanai Health Laboratory Services - over 20 vials total. Kootanai was utterly mind blowing. After 4 attempts to get into Lap Corp; they choose to often close early, I was treated VERY rudely by the phlebotomist. She was pissy and arrogant. I was missing an order that she could have easily just made a simple phone call to obtain. She let me know it was putting her out. When I explained how ill I am and that I have to fight for every procedure and medication etc., she complied to my request.It took her less than 5 minutes to obtain the order. I will never return to this piss hole of an operation. Currently I have been on hold for over 15 minutes to talk to a representative. I first went through the Phone tree voice options and was shut out twice with no available way to speak to a representative. So I chose the option as a provider. I finally spoke to Annette who was very understanding & proficient. Thank you Annette.
