It was so easy. Lincare recieved my prescription. They were able to deliver it that day. And showed me how to use it.I went out of town and I was able to get oxygen in another state. That was really great.

I love lincare when I went to visit my family in calif lincare had my needs set up for me before I even got there. They make sure I have all I need ever week. The folks at lincare are so helpful to me and I thank them

Yikes! Customer service is NOT a strong suit with this company! I have had several calls, sometimes several in one day from their number with no messages. I did finally get a message and it was very distressing to me. The person was angry and very abrupt, almost a threatening call. I was to immediately bring in an SD card from my CPAP or they would come get it. Today someone arrived to pick it up with no warning. I cannot understand why this company would allow someone to take and make calls when their ability to be kind and courteous is lacking!

absolutely worst billing!!!! worst medical supply company ever!!!! worst billing to deal with. i actually severed being a customer with lincare due to their irregular billing practices. now they are billing me and my insurance for medical supplies from over a year ago. you cant make this stuff up!!!!!

I honestly wish there were ZERO stars for this place. They are slow to return calls, waited five days so far. They were terribly slow getting me set up with a machine. Office is no help at all and the customer service Dept is even worse. I should have listened to all the different reviews I had found. Save yourself the stress and trouble by going somewhere else.

I got a replacement CPAP from LinCare. They kept their appointment, and were fine to deal with. Nothing special ... nothing bad. Then, I had an issue with my prescription going to Phillips Respironics for the DreamStation recall. I was having trouble getting the replacement and needed LinCare to send my info to them. Teresa in the CDA office jumped up to the plate and really help. Thanks Teresa! Your helpful attitude is the stuff that great companies are made of.

This company does not do customer service very well. It's been six months, every time they run into a snag, they stop the process. They will not contact the customer to let them know they need more info, or some hang up with insurance. I have found you must nag them to get service. Starting Monday, a retired person, me, with free time will be sitting in their front waiting room until I get answers as to what's going on. I think the problem is just possibly incompetence, but I will certainly update this post. I have a company I previously used called Betternight, that can provide this service without holdups. But out of California, so maybe not an option here. Manager name: Nick Staff: Becca, who I think is likely the problem and does not communicate. April, I have interacted with, she is nice, just is a go between, I think.

This place is so unorganized or understaffed. It takes weeks to get in for a fitting of a CPAP. And if the CPAP mask isn't too your liking you have 30 days to exchange it, but it take longer than that to make an appointment. So you are out of luck and have to buy a new mask out of pocket. There is no detail review of the success or failure of the CPAP after a 7 day period. They never look at the data. Eventually they will send it to your doctor but then you have wasted six months without a good fitting CPAP and you were never told. I wish there was another location near by that I could use. They don't have to improve because if you live in the CDA or Hayden area they are the only option.

I provided all documentation necessary to this business to get a cpap machine. They have take more than three weeks to call my insurance company for an authorization (a simple 5-10 minute call). I am extremely dissatisfied with the services and could not possibly recommend them to anyone for any reason.

Dont use this company. They would rather let you die than give decent help or customer service. Seriously they do not care about the paitents just the Medicare money.

I wish there were zero stars or, better yet, negative stars, for this place. Customer service, from front desk, to the nurse, to the techs who show up at your house banging on the door, ringing the bell like the freakin SWAT team to "check" your machine. Ok, can we set up appointments for that, please?! I called the manager who was the first and only courteous, professional human being I've encountered in dealing with this company for a few years now. If you have the option to get your medical supplies elsewhere, do it!
