I had an unusual lending situation, and other lenders seemed hesitant that they could fund a loan. There was nothing but confidence from my Loan Depot consultant that I would be able to secure a loan with a good rate. Communication was timely. My questions and concerns were listened to. The overall process was smooth and required little extra effort on my part.

LoanDepot was very helpful druing our foreclosure purchase. There were several hiccups during the process and LoanDepot did their best to deal with the hiccups and keep us informed. Great communication and support.

The time from start to finish was phenomenal. We would have able to close the loan earlier than expected but if it wasnt for unforseen circumstances at no fault of loandepot we would have been closed really fast. Even with the delay we were still able to fund the loan in 5 weeks.
