Pissed, they NEVER answer their phones! They charged me a $352 install fee for two $70 fans, the contractor arrived and after an hour and a half nothing done she is gone because she stated Lowes allotted 2.5 hours for the job and she said it would take her that for one fan? She was referring to some app I should log into and that she was also only getting paid $92 for the job! I said just wrap it up/cancel and I went straight to Lowes where of course there was no one in Pro, so I started to leave Melissa the supervisor a note then an employee came to ring up a high paying customer, he needed assistance and whomever it was that assisted him I asked if that was the manager he replied yes. He finished and was going to help load but not acknowledge me so I asked him to page that manager, KJ comes over and I try to explain what craziness happened but he could care less and says go to customer service? So, I get there and there was a very nice cashier, she was knew and needed help with my transaction, she waited for her. The other lady was equally nice and they got it done. Next issue is I also bought a shed from Melissa at the Pro desk and paid for delivery for a tentative date, THEY JUST SHOWED UP no notice! Then he cannot put it where I needed it, plus it came with a huge hole in the box. No idea if there is damage until my contractor puts it together? Also, I used my Lowes card and Melissa did not apply the discount? The customer service is LACKING HUGELY. Fast forward from October November 2022 and I'm in June 2023 still buying tons of items for my new home, establishing my new lawn so I'm at the drive through constantly like now June 5th. Two employees saw me and ignored me and left, I have been sitting here since 3:16 and it's now 3:36 WTH? I walk by make employees with a flat cart full of bricks I LOADED and they just look at me but female customers ask if I need help! The manager never calls when asked he doesn't give a crap about customers, my cashier today was rude. I asked if anyone was out here her reply "there should be"! FIRE THEM ALL SND START OVER, Home Depot was more organized and hel Addition-Visiting store today 4-21-24 far after attack and the attacker is in gardening as well as the cashier, he sees me and runs to her to blatantly point me out and gossip. This is so unprofessional and it's obvious that corporate and management DO NOT CARE about their customers!!! No one offers too help load 50lb bags of pea gravel ever which I've bought hundreds of bags since moving into my house so I'm out there loading and my last bag this guy Ivan walked up and asked if I needed help, I told him how appreciative I was, more Ivan's needed.

The whole experience with this purchase has made me think twice about returning to Lowes. A little background ... I am not a rich person so when I needed to replace my dishwasher and stove at the same time it required me to use Lowes credit to purchase. (I will say this was the only saving grace in this purchase). I am also someone who has a spinal fusion so moving large appliances causes me a lot of distress. My home is a split level so to remove and replace it means taking up and down stairs. I purchased the needed items and had them loaded into a truck that I had borrowed as I could not afford to add the extra 300.00 for hook-up and delivery. I then proceeded to remove the old appliances and install the new. The dishwasher has been great(no problems at all!) The stove on the other hand was having trouble within a day. As I stated earlier I have a spinal fusion so this was a painful process to do. I could not physically remove the stove a second time for almost a week. When I knew I could do it I stopped at the store to verify they had the stove in stock and could be replaced same day. I then went to my friends and borrowed his truck again. I then loaded the stove in the truck and returned to Lowes. I was told apron arrival the I could not return the stove as it had been more than 24 hours after purchase. I had my recite that showed it had been purchased on my card and this was supposed to give me 30 days. After waiting 20 minutes for the person from Appliances to show up, this was confirmed...this was not the person who sold me the stove. I was then told to go to the lumber area (where I had been informed to park when I came in earlier to verify stock) and have the defective stove removed. This turned out to be impossible, they could not get anyone to unload the stove. I was told to go back to appliances and they would do it. I returned to appliance and was told I had to repurchase the new stove before they could unload the old stove. I did this and was told I would have to wait two weeks for the stove to come in. At this point I had now been in Lowes for 3 hours trying to exchange the stove. I made a date to come back and get the stove as I had to make arrangements for the truck. The person in Appliances then told me to go back to lumber and they would unload the stove. I informed him that they will not do it and he is supposed to do it. He tried to call for someone else to unload the stove but was unable to get anyone so he Very reluctantly unloaded it. I was not happy to say the least but realized I would get no where until I was able to talk with a manager and that was not going to be until the next day. I did return the next day and acted like I just wanted to buy the stove and was told they had 4 in stock and I could have it now. I then asked to talk to a manager and informed them of the night before and all the problems I had. He was willing to give me free delivery in two days. All of this was from the employees' that are too lazy to do their job. I ended up loosing a whole day of pay waiting for delivery of this stove. like I said before It will be a long time before I go back...if eve

Ever since Zane left employees fail to ask if you need help.I've been in here 3 times today and not once was I asked if I need help or a Hi.Waiting 15 minutes in plumbing for Richard to come help but he never did.I left and had to come back again and same old story.I have to get the boss to switch to Home depot.Terrible employee customer service

Bought a snow blower and the sales lady was super helpful and friendly. I can't remember her name but I think it was Tanya or something. She was awesome and very helpful. The price was reasonable and they helped my brother in law also

The staff in store are as pleasant as can be expected. Twice now, however, I have made large purchases online to be picked up curbside and had their credit department fill my credit card with pre-authorizarion charges, only to have my card declined for being maxed out, and shut off by my bank for suspected fraud. In store employees have no way to fix the issue, but are aware it is a recurring problem. Lowe's corporate needs to fix this mess.

Wife and I came to return damaged goods and was bump in line before resolving our issues. We were able to exchange product but not before finding another damaged item. I would like to see better costemer service and better quality control. Thank you

I haven’t been into Lowe’s in Coeur dAlene in awhile but today I was rather dismayed at seeing zero checkers. Now they have nothing but self checkout. Why? Is corporate Lowes saving huge amounts by not having checkers? Also half the self checkouts were closed. They do have at least two women working up from at self checkout with a long line of people waiting for self checkout. That makes no sense. If you’re going to spend money on having helpers why not just have them checking customers products? This trend is ridiculous. I’m shopping at ACE or maybe Home Depot, unless of course HD is also all self-checkout.

The CDA Lowe's was my original go to hardware store until today. They have no checkers upfront now, its all self service. I guess I'll switch to Home Depot in the future. Their were also a lot of people behind me that were upset also. Also, I can never find someone to help me in the electrical or plumbing departments. They are going downhill in my opinion.
