Mobil, a familiar name in the fuel and convenience retail industry, offers a mixed experience for customers. While the facilities are generally clean and the staff can be friendly, the overall customer experience is marred by inconsistencies. The pump islands for larger vehicles are described as constricted and difficult to navigate, with poor design choices. The functionality of the various in-store amenities, such as the coffee, ice cream, and soda machines, is erratic, leaving customers frustrated. Pricing is also a concern, with reports of high costs for basic items like snacks and coffee. However, Mobil remains a convenient pit stop for weary travelers, providing fuel and a decent selection of snacks, despite the occasional challenges.
There was no coffee and one sales person just standing behind the counter doing nothing while a line was forming for the other employee.

Idaho's gas is much cheaper than Washington. I had to fill-up before leaving Coeur d'alene for Spokane.

Pump islands for larger vehicles is very constricted. Poor design. Difficult to navigate. They paint the pump bollards the same grey color as the pavement. Not very smart. It's a trap!
