“I came in last week for a quart of paint for touch up. I brought a gallon can that was over a decade old that had set up and I was warned that since it had been so long the tint might be off. The color was a bit dark, so I brought it back with a tiny wall paint sample and Jordan lightened it up, but it was still a little dark. After looking around I found a spot to cut out a larger paint sample and Jordan adjusted the color again with success. I appreciate her persistence and applaud her for doing so well with the first tiny sample I brought. Keep up the great work!”

“We went in unsure of what color we wanted to go with for the exterior of the home we are building. We had a general idea, but really only knew we were looking for something darker. Other places we called did not have a tintable dark base in stock. Williams did and we are so glad, because that's what brought us in! They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. So very patient as we considered the various options, even suggesting that we take time to look at the color cards in natural light before finalizing our choices. She also gave us time to discuss it privately - a perfect balance of helping without being too overbearing. Our experience felt very indivualized, which is hard to find in bigger stores. We are thrilled with the main color we ended up deciding on (Cavalry) and are so appreciative of their help as we came to a decision!”
“Awesome! Tanner provided excellent service. I had spent over 4 hours elsewhere trying to match a paint color. Tanner took my sample and dialed it in. He was the only one manning the store so he was tactful about having me leave and follow up with him by the next morning. He gave himself time to custom match the color and did so within the time he said and promptly followed up.My project involved painting replacement panels next to originals. I had planned on painting the new and old panels to match however the paint was so dialed in that I didn't need to paint the old panels, they all matched!!! Thank you Tanner!”
