Probably not a company I would choose to do business with. If the owner doesn’t find something to be worth his time he will just not respond or ghost you.
PS- only went to the company because I have gone to the property management. Glad things aren’t worth anyone’s time anymore.

I walked in, no appointment and instantly received help, after picking out the carpet, within the next few days they sent someone to measure. Within 3 weeks I had new carpet! Everyone was very professional and helpful.

These folks are great. Chelsea helped us multiple times and took our indecisiveness in stride. She got the answers we needed and was knowledgeable about the products. Everyone at the showroom is welcoming and friendly. We will be back!

DON'T GO HERE for flooring...they don't honor their sale price! At first it seem great and lady on the floor helped us find flooring options we were looking for and let us bring samples home. Once we chose the flooring, our flooring guy purchased it for us, but went to the back warehouse. There panhandle charged him the regular price for the flooring and not the sale price posted. When I called panhandle carpet to get a price adjustment and show them the price the manager never called back! And they would not adjust the price for the floor for my flooring guy either. Awful customer service! Panhandle should at least have the decency to call back. If someone sends you there, don't let your flooring guy buy from the warehouse because they have different prices than the store.
