Today was my first time buying from Parker Toyota and I will undoubtedly be coming back for years to come. I have never been treated better in all my experiences with other local dealerships. They immediately make you feel like family and make sure that you are happy and taken care of. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Smith- his knowledge, expertise, and compassion has really made a mark on how i feel everyone should be treated when looking to make such a big purchase. I also received amazing support and service from Chase Hart in Accessories and Jayce in finance.I will forever be grateful for this experience!

The staff is friendly and helpful. I only wish I had gotten more information and demonstrations on the electric functions of the vehicle such as display screen and information, how to set it, and how to track mileage. I got home and watched some you tube videos but I think it would have been better to get some instruction from the Toyota rep. Many of the videos I watched recommend asking your Toyota rep for help.

Parker Toyota never fails!! Throughout my life, I have been a loyal customer to “three” dealers but out of them all, Parker is the best!! All the salesman are respectful and trusting!! The finance peeps are very thorough and explain every detail of the financing and warranty. The maintenance department has always been top notch!! The place is clean, professional and trusting!! The two best smells in the world are the wilderness and a brand new car!! In that order ?♥️

Had an appointment at 3:15 for an oil change. I dropped it off early, 2PM, because I had errands to run. Brad Scheunemann (Assistant Service Manager) said "we'll have it done by 4:15PM worst case scenario". At 3:45PM I returned and noticed they hadn't started it. At 4:28PM I went out to the service desk and noticed my rig was outside. A different service associate asked if he could help and I informed him that I hadn't received notification that my rig was ready but it was outside( no telling when they would've let me know if I hadn't). He rung me up gave me my key. Would challenge your SERVICE MANAGER to teach their assistant manager the importance of customer service. Also the importance of punctuality, competence, reliability, and time management.

My experience with Parker Toyota was absolutely amazing! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Jacob my salesman was knowledgeable and helped point out details that I hadn’t noticed when researching my vehicle prior to my purchase. This dealership has an excellent no pressure sales method which keeps things light and very professional. I will definitely be back to make my next vehicle purchase through Parker Toyota. I have always liked Parker Toyota. They have always had top notch service. My most recent experience was no exception. I have to talk about their sales department and give a shout out to Jordan Nilson. He did a wonderful job working with his finance manager and getting the car we wanted to the point that it fit our budget. He was very friendly and quick to get me the info I asked for. We were in and out within a few hours and left feeling happy about our experience. If you are on the market for a new or new to you vehicle go see Jordan!

I had the best experience. Our lease was concluding and Brian in sales helped us purchase a new Tacoma. He was extremely helpful, informative and courteous. Then Jace in finance continued with the same helpfulness and courtesy. We also purchased new tires and had exceptional customer service from Brad. The entire staff at Parker Toyota are amazing. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience with them. No matter the department. Thank you very much to the Parker Family.

Parker Toyota has taken great care of our 2011 Highlander. Kyle guided us through an engine replacement when ours needed it. It was such a good experience, though unfortunate, that we now go there for our oil changes... Also found out they work on other makes too, so they'll be seeing more of us. The shuttle service is a really nice perk too!We went in for service and got our snow tires put on at the same time. We'll definitely be back. Great people, great service-like customers matter!

We are first time Toyota buyers and definitely will be buying all of our future vehicles from Parker Toyota. Their “no problem” motto exceeded our expectations. What a wonderful place to do business! Every aspect was easy… our salesman Shawn Engle was top notch and JJ in finance made the transaction smooth and easy. Every person we came in contact with was like talking to a friend. Bought a new Tundra Platinum at Parker Toyota. Fantastic truck. Service during purchase was amazing! Dustin was our sales representative. He is tremendous. If the service was poor, we wouldn’t have bought the truck at Parker Toyota. Dustin was great and made us want to buy the truck there. Service and Assesory Departments were super. No complaints at all. We traded in our 2007 Tundra with 267,000 miles on it. It was a great truck so we are stay with what works. And we love our new Tundra.

I purchased a beautiful 2023 Highlander from Parker Toyota approximately one month ago. The sales person was wonderful easy to work with. Upon taking my car home I found plugs in the glove box that they forgot to put in the car underneath. Lucky my husband was able to do this and notified them of the mistake that should’ve been caught before, now I go to get the plates for my car and I’m informed that I have to pay $104 for new plates that they should’ve given me my old one that I turned in with my trade This is a law that’s been there for three years that your plates on your vehicle are yours and the dealer is to give those to you when you turn in your car for trade. But that detail was missed and today I had to pay $104 for new plates because they forgot to tell me this or give me my plates. A few things Should’ve been caught and I want people to be aware of I’ve spent a lot of money there and today when I told them about this mistake and would like my $104 back, they have offered to Fill up my gas tank which does not make $104 now I would like to be reimbursed for the plates I had to buy today. Their mistake of not giving me my plates on my trade-in.When I called today and asked other dealerships what they do, they say they immediately take the plates off your trade-in and give that to you so you don’t have to buy new plates.

I had another great experience today at Parker Toyota. They had replaced my blinker bulb a while back but it wasn't the same color as my other one because they thought it was a running late. I popped by today and they swapped it out for free and also adjusted one of my tail light bulbs I was having issues with intermittently. All at no cost.

Brought my wife's 2022 car in for routine service; oil and filter change on a Sunday. Of course they try to up sale, saying the wipers are bad and that only "theirs" do a good job. About 45 minutes after leaving, a "check engine" light came on saying, "secondary collision brake system malfunction". The weird part was, is that there were no alerts prior to bringing it in. Called immediately, and spoke with a very rude lady, saying that it probably wasn't a big issue and that their next appointment wasn't until Thursday. Spoke with a Manager who said that it was only secondary brake, and that primary brakes rarely go out. He (Christian) also said that they couldn't get to it until Thursday, but added that they may have bumped something while they were in there. It's sad that Parker doesn't stand behind their work to fix THEIR mistake, and makes my wife take time off work on a separate day to get the problem fixed. Over the years, Parker Toyota has completely lost sight of their customer service, and supporting those that have been loyal customers....
