Great service for employers but as an employee, really sucks! Super difficult to access my account and they won't respond to emails or even answer the phone if you try to call them. They treat employees of their clients like fourth class citizens of a third world country. Very disrespectful and condescending folks at paycheck connection. I hate having to deal with them. If your business is considering using paycheck connection and you value and respect your employees, I highly recommend that you stay away from paycheck connection!

I don't review a lot of places and I almost never leave comments, but these guys are reasonably priced and over-the-top good at what they do and the service they offer. They will bend over backwards to take care of you.

I tried to do payroll myself, and I screwed things up: Forms weren't submitted, payments were in doubt, and I was generally panicked. Jackie at Paycheck Connection took me in on short notice and *squashed* my payroll problems in a matter of hours. And she charged a reasonable fee to do so, when she could have easily gouged me for "emergency" rates (I wouldn't have blamed her). The staff (especially the other Jackie) were sharp and lovely to work with. When they had resolved everything, they told me "you're set". I had to resist the urge to give them a bear hug - every one of them. I was overjoyed. They have my business, and they should have yours, too.

I have been using Pay Check family of companies for years. Everyone is amazing! They took care of everything from setting up my corporation to payroll. Derik is the only person I will ever have do my taxes. He is a God sent!! Now I can focus on my business, not the tax side! Thank you!

I have known Carolyn with Paycheck Connections for about a year. Carolyn and the staff of PC have been quite impressive. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of accounting, they are just really nice folks and fun to work with. I would highly recommend their business.
