Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. They are extremely over-priced and some members of the staff definitely need some proper training in customer service.

Went there today to mail a package. Man behind counter wasn't wearing a mask nor were 4 of the 5 customers. I turned around and walked out. This used to be my go to place to mail packages. I will find somewhere else where the owner cares about the health and safety of everyone.

You can tell the owner cares and he provides good service. On this busy shoppong afternoon before Christmas I saw him giving great service to other customers who arrived before me. Still, I am near tears due to the way one of the team members made me feel.
