Always late and behind on appointments.
Waiting room smells horrible of fragrance. As a pregnant mom, smelling the artificial cleaning smells is absolutely awful and nauseating. Sadly, there’s not many places around to get blood work done. It’s just sad how our medical systems have treated patients like cattle. Wish we had more dignified health care experiences.

I would not recommend Quest at all! Not only was Grace RUDE, but she could not even do the blood draw! Her attempt to the blood draw left my daughter's arm badly bruised and sore even after a week!

I have been a cash pay client for many years as I am self employed. I have come to this quest in Coeur d Alene ID for many years and no issues. I would get the cash pay discount and pay that amount. This young girl this morning Isabella was very rude and stated since my paperwork that was sent electronically did not have this " red stamp" on there saying I am cash pay I would have to pay full retail cost of blood draw or she was not taking my bloodwork. I asked her if we can call my doctor as I have never had to have this red stamp. My doctors office since early morning was in exchange. She told me I gave her the wrong doctors number. She clearly does not know when it is early in the morning and doctors offices are on an exchange. I had to leave office to go back out in my car to get a hold of my doctor to send over this red stamp. My doctors office has never heard of this. I have been coming here for years. I have fasted since he evening before and had an appointment here. Isabella was not only rude, I felt like she treated me with much. My doctor said things no red stamp and the red stamp means Dr office gets the bill. My doctor tried calling quest CDA and no response. They just sent me to lab corp. drove over and they saw me writhing 5 minutes and I paid with cash pay discount. Do not go to Quest in Coeur d Alene Idaho. They lost a long time client today

Hours are actually 7-4:30 even though the sign when you walk into the actual building says 5. Oh and if you show up at 4:21 you won’t been seen either since they stop taking people at 4:15.

I am really surprised by the negative reviews. I love this office! The staff is friendly and kind and they're very gentle while they do the blood draw. The young woman I spoke to yesterday was very warm and a pleasure to talk to. I go there to get my yearly blood work done for my PCP. It's really convenient too because they're right down the hall from my doctor's office. I just do a walk in appointment and they get me right into the office. The office is clean, bright, and comfortable.

Bella was AMAZING! She talked me through my bloodwork because I don’t usually do well. She was so sweet and really good. I didn’t even feel a thing. Her and Kayla E both were amazing. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the bad review and came here. Make an appointment online first for no wait.

The three women that were working the day I came in were absolutely fantastic! I had my 1 year old daughter with me and the ladies went above & beyond to help me through the entire process. It turned into a little bit of a tricky draw on me and they were gentle & patient. I also witnessed them treating all the other patients in the very same manner. Excellent work ladies!

Terrible experience with Isabella attempting to draw my blood. When she was unable to find my vein she told me she “knew what she was doing” in a rude and demeaning tone. She also reprimanded me for not drinking enough water before my appointment. After using my arm as a pin cushion and inflicting unnecessary pain she finally realized she wasn’t going to be up to the task. A new technician then entered the room and quickly and painlessly located my vein and withdrew blood from the same arm Isabella was attempting. I get that there’s a shortage of qualified employees across many fields, but no customer should ever be treated poorly especially by someone who lacks the basic skills to perform their job.

My son had a last minute test that needed to be done to play his college sport. Quest really came through with the availability of the test and without my son spending a ton of money. He said everyone was so nice and he left really happy with the service. Thank you Quest Diagnostics!

Very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond as my son was a difficult case and they were extremely patient with him and helpful so the test was a success thanks to their help and professionalism.

The lack of work effort is ridiculous. Please stop with the quick and easy commercial in the background. It's a lie. Just going to keep waiting. Also, I get this test every 3 months. Every time I come with my test in a box, they act like they've never seen it before. I'm on my 2nd year of this test.
