I've spent over an hour on my phone listening to ringing over and over trying to talk to someone in the pharmacy about my prescription. Yeah I heard you guys are shutting down but to completely give up on customer service before you're even closed is messed up! 🤬

I am not sure what is going on but lately they never answer their phone. Called 7 times in the last 2 days. I tried in the morning, after lunch and evening, each time it just rings. One time it said I was 4 in queue, I was waiting 43 min, hung up and then called back and it said I was number 4 in queue again.

Literally the worst pharmacy experience ever. They don't answer the phone. You arrive in person to rude overwhelmed employees that don't have my rx ready after 3 days. They told me they are closing. Thank God!

I've been coming here for my prescriptions for many years and never have had to wait more than a couple hours to fill. Today I went in at 9:45 to get 2 prescriptions. One was already done and I was told the other would fill in 2 hours. I came back 7 hours later to grab them both and they hadn't even started filling the second. I told them I was in earlier and they said they would be ready in 2 hours and I gave them ample time to fulfill it. I asked if I could wait for them to fill it before they closed and was told they didn't have time. Kinda frustrating since today was a day off and tomorrow I have to change my work schedule to fit them in. if they knew they weren't going to have time to do it they could have just told me the first time I came in instead of coming back a second time to find that out. Not a fan of how it played out.

I went there yesterday for a few things and the shelves were empty. They had one option for nail polish remover. Are they going out of business? I felt like we stepped into a communist country. Weird. We left without buying a thing

Always a long line. Slow service and half of the time there’s some kind of issue filling the prescription. Will no longer fill prescriptions here.

I have been going to Rite Aid for about 25 years. Love the pharmacist and the in door seasonal sales and other items in the store. Prefer to only go to Rite Aid.

The pharmacist here is wonderful. I came at a really busy time and he took the time to help me. I could tell it was a real inconvenience for him but he never showed it. Such a great person. Thank you!
