Bernie has been working with me to help overcome some chronic skin conditions. He is highly knowledgeable and has helped to get to the root of the problem. One thing that I like about Bernie is that he helps you know which supplements are necessary and helpful and which ones are unneeded. This helps me save money by not taking too many products. I began working Bernie and Susana a little over 8 months ago for help with weight loss issues, toxic liver and digestive problems. In those short 8 months I am down 20lbs and have lost approximately 6 inches. the muscle testing has revealed many food sensitivities and the SHAPE program has helped with weight loss. I feel so amazing since I have started working with them, and my digestive issues are almost non-existent now. I would highly recommend Rosen Wellness!

Rosen Wellness helped me lose weight, when no other diets did, with their Shape ReClaimed program. My body changed quickly as I lost weight (I am already down two pant sizes after only two months on this program), but I also felt great as my inflammation decreased. The weekly and bi-weekly urinalysis testing and check-ins with Susana and Bernie helped keep me motivated and on track, as they supported me along the way. The program guide, the Shape ReClaimed website (and Facebook group) and their great tasting recipes were also keys to my success. I have been working with Bernie Rosen for many years in regards to Nutritional counseling. Recently he and Susanna offered a program called Shape Reclaimed.I started Shape back in December 2019 with the initial goal of losing weight. By the end of February, I had lost 20 pounds, but more importantly I feel so much better and my skin is clearer and LDL levels have come down. It does become a lifestyle – it’s not a temporary diet. There is a lot of support through the website and Facebook page – especially with recipe ideas. Many of the recipes are now staples in my planning. My food is so much more flavorful with the addition of new spices. I highly recommend the program to anyone considering a lifestyle change to improve yourself and feel better in the long run.
