I always heard Schwan's foods are good. And they are, but the business end is a nightmare.I ordered over $100 worth of items to use my EBT card to purchase. The driver hit the debit card button by mistake and could not change it. Twice my call to one of the customer service reps tried to get supervisors to help us back it all up and start over but to no avail. They would not do it. I tried to cancel my debit card charges at the bank, no luck there either. I've also tried to contact the local office so I could go in there and run it all thru again properly. No one answers the phone.I am out cash I could not afford and stuck. Will not be using Schwan's again.
