I love Ace but hate stihl tools. ALL my Stihl power tools fail within a year. All of them.As both a professional and a homeowner. I recommend Ace stupid selling this garbage.My Echo equipment run forever.

Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. We were greeted at the door and asked if they could help us find anything. We were informed where the item we needed was located.

I loved walking in the door, being greeted with a smile and asked what they could help me find! Best customer service experience start to check out. I am now a loyal customer and will choose this ACE store over a big box store or shopping online any day.

I love Ace especially when I'm in a hurry. The greeters at the door are friendly and know where everything is. The selection is great. I love the shop on line and pick up at store option. Friendly staff!

They advertise they have items online they do not stock or carry like superzilla and different batteries. So you waisted the time driving there and they don’t have what you need and never did. Then when you ask they say we don’t stock it even though on line it shows they do . The employees know this is happening he said I have had 15 people in the last 2days that have asked for product and says the general manager is doing it on purpose and I should file a complaint. Well here u go I am telling everybody don’t waist your time 2nd time this has happened with their false advertising on 2 different products

I don't know what I would do without this store. I am a tinkerer and I always need bolts, screws, nuts, washers for my various projects. At Seright's Ace I usually find exactly what I'm looking for. And the people who work there are helpful and nice.

Great selection in a small store. Super easy to check if they have something in stock online before you go to the store. Super friendly staff and it's my first choice any time I need something for the house.
