We’re new Spectrum customers and recently needed internet installed at our new CDA home. Robert, our service technician, was fantastic from start to finish. He was not only professional and thorough with the installation but also very personable and easy to talk to. He took the time to ensure everything was set up correctly and that our internet connection was strong and reliable before leaving. We truly appreciated his attention to detail and friendly approach—great service all around!

Called to cancel and the gentleman doing all the canceling in customer service was super rude. Did not have ANY patience and decided to yell and snap at me the whole time. proceeded to get super annoyed at me bcuz he had to repeat bcuz I didnt understand him, he was talking to fast or the phone glitched and he was muffled on the other end. I said hace a good day and thank you to him and he just said yeah mhm and hung up the call with me. I work in customer service some days are bad and good but you should still not act like this. And snap at your customers just bcuz I am canceling, I canceled bcuz my price was constantly go up even when they said they would keep me at the price they promised.

The red haired girl in there is always rude and looks at me like I am stupid for not knowing something I wouldn’t know unless she told me. The slightly older lady in there is amazing and helpful and sweet. Customer service is so easy I don’t understand why people work with people if they are annoyed by doing their jobs helping them.

Spectrum maybe fine. I took my equipment in and gave it to them after I drop spectrum. And now they're sending me text messages telling me to bring in my equipment. I can't return something that I already returned. And it better not try to charge me for it. They gave me a receipt and therefore they too have a receipt. I went to another internet. Times are tough and spectrum don't care. They do not use lifeline, that helps the people who are poor an elderly, which is basically the same people

Installer with Idaho plates doing 50+ mph up by Spokane Falls CC this morning! Although that’s bad, at least it’s faster than the internet they were in such a rush to install!

Garbage company - raises your rates constantly without warning. After promo rate I was paying $60 a month for internet. That rate increased $30 in the last two years including TWO rate hikes in the last 6 months.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent customer service experience my mother had with Spectrum. She contacted the company to inquire about lowering her monthly bill, but instead of providing assistance, the agent engaged in deceptive sales tactics. My mother was falsely informed that she needed a new receiver and a new modem, resulting in unnecessary charges and equipment being added to her account.
As a concerned family member, I visited the store to return the unnecessary items, only to be informed that I was not authorized on the account. This further compounded the inconvenience and frustration caused by Spectrum's actions.
I am deeply disappointed by the company's lack of transparency and its willingness to take advantage of a senior citizen. It is unacceptable that Spectrum would engage in such unethical practices, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.
