An agent at this store paid off my phone balance in full ($400) without my consent or knowing i was getting charged. Didn't let me know either, I had to find out on my own.I have been battling getting the money back on my account for the last 2 months. I have been a spectrum customer for 15+ years and now plan on leaving this awful company.

Sasha was being treated very poorly from customers who were before us and kept his composure very well, when he called us up he was very helpful, professional, went above and beyond to help us in our situation. He nailed it after getting ripped apart for things he has no control over from other customers!

Every day they have slow issues. The service is poor to bad. Had to lower my review because I pay fir 500mb but only get 79 down and 29 up. They speed it up then slow it down.

We cancelled your service because it was so costly. Numerous times I contacted your company regarding the cost and explained we are retired and veterans in hopes to get a discount on the monthly charges. I was told there was nothing that can be done. We switched our service to another company. We are getting your solicitors at our door, phone calls day and night (1:00 am this morning), and “special offers” in the mail almost every day. Bordering on harassment, this must stop!!!

I called to ask a few questions before making any commitment to sign up. Next day, a box arrives with a modem and a streaming device that I did not order. I returned everything, brand new and unopened. I received an email acknowledging Spectrum received the returned equipment. Suddenly I am being billed $69 a month for nothing. I have no service, no equipment and I did not even know I was a customer. Who are these people?

When service has issues there is absolutely no chance you can reach the person you will need to get it corrected. The automated line simply request more information as it transfers you in circles. By the time your ready to give up you've reworked and rebuilt most of your home wiring. Way to go Spectrum on being customer friendly!!

We cancelled our service, but were still charged for the next month. I had returned the router and all. They will not get any more money, because they have been deleted from our autopay. Just wished I had done this before they got the next month with out service. As a general rule, they do not give you the best price, they just keep charging the same price and go up about 5-10 dollars per year. It is a wise practice to cancell when they raise your rates and find someone else. They will not offer the best deal unless you cancel, and go with someone else. We had the basic service from them. Sometimes good, sometimes bad.

Some one called and disconnected our internet. No authorization from the account holders. Then when we tried to get answers, they tried billing us to get it turned back on. Account was in good standing for years. Go anywhere else but here.

While I am not a huge fan of Spectrum generally, I have to say that this facility was impressive. I returned a box of equipment that was sent to me via FedEx at my request to replace old equipment. I rec'd the equipment, and it was exactly what I already had. So I took it to the Spectrum store and they gave me the newer, updated equipment. Courteous, helpful and professional staff. No wait. Highly recommend.

We didn't have to wait very long. The associate was so pleasant with a nice smile. He is from Ukraine. Wish I had gotten his name. It was nice to have a conversation with him. He's a keeper Spectrum!

Worst internet experience of my life. I’ve had technicians at my place over a dozen times over the course of a couple years. No one seems to be able to fix the insane intermittency issues that comes with spectrum. Which is a bummer because speeds are okay(mediocre for the price) when running. But what’s the point of having internet if it drops signal every 10 minutes like clockwork. Hoping fiber optic (TDS/ZIPLY) solves my headaches.

The tv service is horrific, it hiccups constantly. The internet speed was fine, maybe even "good" (not great), but the price is outrageous. The convenience tools (watching tv away from home from devices) is nil. There are FAR better options at FAR better prices.Notice: While on the phone with them they have the audacity to tell me that "if you call every year, we'll keep that price." So, in other words, instead of treating existing customers well, they silently raise the price until you make effort. Wow, what a way to do business.

I have been a spectrum customer for about 2 years I have mobile service, cable TV an Internet. My biggest problem is customer service, allthough there have some problems with all the services, though not huge trying get them resolved is HUGE. I have a life like we all do but spectrum thinks we have nothing better to do other then spend time manueling and calling over an over again to correct a problem that will or wll not not get correctted. I am having a cable TV problem right now for the last three days, I have called three times and all I can get is that someone wil be contacing me SOON! not sure what there idea is of soon. Iam a little disturbed about two months ago my 2yr price on my internet expired and the raised to by 40.00 without notifing me. It took 3 phone calls and hours of waiting on hold to finaling get it reduced to 20.00 higher. at this point I am exploring other options for Phone, TV an Internet. I don't to change but I 'am tired of this dance all the time.

I’m still in line and have been waiting well over an hour. Spectrum is grossly mismanaged. They have 5 stations yet only two employees.The employees are extremely slow and inefficient. One of the employees has been with the same customer for well over 30 minutes. The waiting area is jam packed full of unhappy customers. They don’t even offer restrooms. Such a terrible company!
