I ordered a laptop mounting tray to be picked up in store and they rejected my order from FedEx?? Like WHAT? Will definitely be finding a local office supply store going forward.

I am SO happy this Staples is near me. Ever since they started doing Amazon returns it has made my life so much easier. The people working that desk are always kind and cheerful and I have been impressed with the way they will go above and beyond with their customer service. We also had a top notch experience getting passport photos there! Staples is becoming one of my favorite stores.

Loved it!
Went to UPS store first and the forst thing he said was something like, "oh that won't work..."
Then after it worked, they wanted to charge me $1.00 to tape it.
Then I couldn't send this box because it said the logo of what was in the box, but I could buy something to put it in...
So I left.
Came to Staples, with a smile the gal said, "oh that might be tricky but let's try it." Or some other hopeful and positive statement.
Then she confirmed if I just wanted to send it in the shoe box.
Then she gave me my receipt and said she'd take care of taping it.
Will be coming here from now on for shipping.

Needed a new desk chair...I work from home and spend a lot of time in my chair. Found the perfect chair, La-Z-Boy Bradley Desk Chair. The manager, Terry, helped me and when I checked out, she went above and beyond finding every available coupon which ended up saving me over $100! Then she helped me load the chair into my SUV. THANK YOU Terry!

Don’t buy your printer here, after 30 days there’s no returning, even if it breaks. Poor Customer Service, poor management response. Very disappointing, and expensive. Better to go somewhere else for your printer needs.
