While I cannot yet speak to the long term rental experience, I will say that Carol made the act of getting the rental SO EASY! My son (in his 20s) needed to rent a unit, and had no experience doing so. I called Carol, shared with her that he was coming in, and laid out all of the preliminaries. Carol became the mama bear that I needed her to be, and guided him through the whole process including making sure that he had the Uhaul truck that he needed, as well as other supplies. They are super friendly, know what is needed, and are just so helpful!

My experience was above and beyond! My rate is great and I was honestly treated like family. There are not many places you can say that about anymore. Would definitely recommend!

Carol, the manager is awesome. I have always considered myself very lucky to know her and she is a huge reason why Im renting there again. Her trusted co worker is a good guy too but I always prefer the sweet lady.

Latesha was so helpful! I went looking for some last minute storage and she was extremely welcoming and helped get my unit secured within the time frame needed. She was quick with paperwork and made it effortless. Highly appreciate and recommend Latesha, the manager.

I had the pleasure of working with Latesha, the manager, in getting a unit to store some personal items. She was so kind and respectful to my specific needs. She was diligent, personable and great at communicating contracts, expectations of the facility and the flexibility of usage. Carol was amazing! I reserved the unit the day before online. Walked into the office the day I needed it, completed the paperwork in a timely manner. She was efficient and courteous and very friendly. The site is clean and very nice. Would highly recommend renting here.

From the first question I had on Google Maps chat to the staffs complete & detail oriented help just this past 2 weeks (I've had a large unit for over 3+ months) they go above and beyond especially considering I've not yet been able to meet in person (medical/surgery) yet I've been treated like a part of the Storelocal family. I especially like the security, cleanliness and peace of mind I've gotten from beforehand, here online to actually renting, their thorough & even suggestions on how much space I'd need (they were spot on) to understanding of not needing my add on package ? boxes, tape and mattress covers until almost 2 weeks ago & having my friends pick up instead of myself, even checking ID and name on account, I just can't say enough. Thank you for Helping me while in a situation I'd not found myself in before.
