Hope was very good, with a short haircut for lady. Excellent scissor work, patient and careful. Listened to client, and discussed progress throughout the cut, to ensure satisfaction and comfort. This was an exceptionally good experience, for demanding customer.

Hope was the young lady's name that cut my hair and now that's the only person I'll have cut my hair. I'm sure they have other very skilled people but if she goes and works somewhere else I'll be going there yeah she's that good.

If I could give them half a star I would. The hairdresser that I spoke to when I did a walk in was so rude and put out that I didn't make an online appointment that she actually huffed when I asked her to check when there is an opening. I asked if I could make an appointment and she said that it would be a long wait, and wanted to know if I would be coming back. I decided that I didn't want her cutting my hair with that adittude. They were so lazy. You could tell they didn't want to be working there.
