Wait times for actual help from humans is ridiculous! Options on AI system are very limited resulting in major frustrations. The gentlemen were polite and helpful. Too bad it took so long to reach them. Do not plan on dealing with TDS on your lunch break! Several hours I can't get back.

Terrible customer service. They don't notify customers of price increases and shut off service with no explanations. Scammy and shady. We terminated service due to being told we owe over 200 dollars after a price hike when we've been on auto pay the whole time. Recommend anyone else but these guys. If I could give 0 stars I would

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My client purchased a new home and called TDS to have them install internet AFTER the July 1, 2024 closing date. On June 19, 2024, I received a call from the surprised seller informing me TDS was digging up her yard and she was having difficulty communicating with the workers as they did not speak English. I quickly called TDS, who informed me they hire a sub contractor to go out two weeks in advance and prepare the property for the fiber cable to be laid. They also said they DO NOT inform the customer that this will be happening in advance! Needless to say, my buyer immediately cancelled his service request and chose a new internet provider, but damage to the yard had already been done. THEN, we discovered the work that was done in the swell, damaged the sprinkler line that ultimately lead to a tree and grass dying in the area. I tried to contact TDS and was transferred to another department that was supposed to be open until 8 PM and their recording indicated they were already closed at 7:30 and it hung up on me! Luckily, the seller took a photo of the company performing the work, so we have evidence they were working in the area where there is damage to the swell. Now it will be interesting to see if TDS pays to repair the sprinkler system and replace the tree in the swell, as care of the swell is the responsibility of the home owner. Spare yourself the trainwreck and look elsewhere for your internet service.

The worst customer service! I called customer support was on hold for 20 mins, then when I finally got someone they hung up on me. I would NEVER use this company!

Horrible system, we probably had 4-5 service calls the first year, finally got it sort of dialed in. Now we have no cbs, local channel 2, it comes and goes, all other channels are fine, we've called and now have 5 ticket numbers, no resolutions yet, in January it was gone for 2 weeks. Buyer beware!!

Worst customer service and business practices I have ever experienced in my life and I am 74. They are nothing more than thieves. you can't even turn in your equipment unless they ship you a $24.95 box. They won't even give you an address to send it too.
Their internet (fibre) buffers continuously in the evenings, The tv buffers continuously. Their customer service will ding you $10.25 for late fees for anything. I juxtaposed a number on my Bill Payer at the bank, $10.25 late fee over a $2.00 shortage. And when I requested in writing when my billing cycle started each month and ended, that took them 5 months to let me know. Billing me late fees each month. If you do not want to do business with a company being run by Punk Rockers without adult supervision, then don't walk away from TDS, run as fast and far as you can! Collin Parker

Fricking horrible customer service! You better take a hard pass on them or you'll regret it. My service is not consistent the only thing consistent is the price that keeps escalating consistently! Last draw was having to purchase a streaming app due to tds being out for the whole nfl conference championship game. I called to ask about getting reimbursement and just got run around. Not happy at all so consider yourself warned!

Horrible service and ZERO accountability for wrecking peoples lawn irrigation systems. Their prices continue to increase and the quality is horse manure. They even had the audacity to charge me a late fee while I was enrolled in autopay for 2 years. No excuse for this kind of treatment.
