I love these amazing ladies! They always go above and beyond. Yen does an incredible gel French Pedicure. Her leg massages & the massage chairs put me to sleep. It it a treat for myself but absolutely well worth it.

Kootenai county, do NOT support this business! Today, the silver lake mall opened its doors to pay tribute to 9/11 in the open area outside the Nail Lounge. During the heroes memorial, the employee at the Nail Lounge had a loud, distracting speaker phone conversation. It was extremely tone deaf and insensitive to the moment. They could have used this opportunity to pay respect and gain even more business. This business does not deserve a single cent from our community.

I had the best experience at this nail Salon, both workers were sooo nice and sweet, they took their time and made our pedicures relaxing. They did an amazing job as well. One lady even did us a huge favor out of her js being kind. Please go here!

I was in the area and my friend was booked for a pedicure. So I called The Nail Lounge in the mall. The girl quoted me $35 for the service. I normally pay $45 for a complete pedicure which includes gel polish. I will admit that I didn’t inquire if gel polish was included in the price. (My mistake!). I got there and there was only one other client there and they took me right away. When I sat down and the woman started I verified about the price. $35. I was in the chair, she started the process and she said to pick a color. She handed me samples of regular polish. I told her I needed gel and she automatically said it’s not included in the pedicure for $35 and the price jumped to $50. I asked her what does that include and she said only the gel polish and the pedicure was the same. Ok. I told her that was a big jump in price and since she already started I felt that I just couldn’t get up and leave. She was done in less than 15 minutes. I was shocked and not happy. She barely did anything. Also, she kept pushing callous remover and I told her I didn’t have any. She kept insisting I did. The service was horrible. During this short process she noticed I wasn’t happy and was rude and and wasn’t gentle. For $50 plus tip, this definitely wasn’t worth the money. I could of bought a brand new bottle of gel polish for the price she charged. I would of overlooked that if I would of received a proper pedicure. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! If I could give zero stars I would! There process, quick foot soak, a quick file and some polish. Done! I forgot to add, there was a bloody bandage in the cup holder. 🤢

Yen is AMAZING! I had the grosses big toenails you’ve ever seen. She was able to totally transform them and make them so beautiful! She is a true artist!!

went in for 11 am appointments and they didn’t start on us till 12. we had 4 people WITH APPOINTMENTS only 2 of us got to get ours done. i paid for a 40 minute service and they had me and my sister done in 15 minutes. they gave us no discount for the poor service. they still charged us $105 for a total of 20 minutes of work. i didn’t even get my message. DO NOT RECOMMEND. go anywhere else. and we only got done 1 person at a time also.

I've gotten the best pedicures here! Yen and her staff take great care of me every time I go in. Even though it can be months between appointments, they remember me, and I think every time that I should go in for a pedicure more often. I get the Luxury Pedicure, and my feet and legs always feel fabulous afterwards!

Highly recommend The Nail Lounge!!!
I have had a lot of ingrown toenails and thumbnails before. They took them out during a pedicure and mini manicure.
It was better than going to the doctor!

We were rushed around and one girl just ended up getting a gel manicure her cuticles were cut so short she had four fingers bleeding. There was polish on the outside of the nail. I had an appointment to get acrylics they told me in the chair they no longer offer those and i have to get gel x. She wouldn’t let me keep them long and cut them short and up charged me for gel x. The shapes are uneven and polish is streaky. When she was doing our nails she was rude and yanking out arms around.

Absolutely terrible. Scheduled an appointment for a full set for $45 and went the man started to do my nails he told me it would be $85. I simply refused $85 because i booked $45 and he made a huge ordeal about it. I was switched over to someone else and it was super awkward the entire time. Didn’t do the right color and i asked him to redo the shape because it didn’t look right and he refused.
