I went there for the first time this morning and was met with a glare when I walked through the door by the man at the front desk. The representative was annoyed with me from the moment I arrived for whatever reason. He had a petty and snotty attitude while I was polite the entire 2 minutes I was there. I will not be back, nor will I be recommending this place. Maybe he hates his job or was just having a bad day, but it left a terrible impression on me.

These guys are the best....they go above and beyond, and exceed my expectations EVERY time I walk thru the door!! They are quick and courteous and get the job done the right way the first time. They will continue to have my business any time I need work done. They bailed me out of a super tight spot today, I picked up a Schrader valve in my driver rear tire today on northwest at about 540pm, and had a trailer to tow down to Twin Falls at 5am, they got me in, and even stayed a little late just to make sure I could meet my deadline....fantastic bunch of guys here!!

I called chuck in a minor panic with a flat tire, he said no worries bring it in and We will take care of it, I pulled in and walked to the counter and I got a “good golly miss Molly let’s get this taken care of” within a couple hours my tire was patched, and chuck and his team got me back on the road. I was thankful to receive the kind of customer service that’s worth more than the 5 stars I’m allowed to give. He treated me like a dad would treat his daughter. Will forever recommend chuck and his team. Thanks guys!

The tire pressure sign had been on in my car for about 1 week. I took it to valvoline to check the pressure. They found a nail in the tire and said to go to tirerama to have it removed properly. I was greeted by the gentleman working the front desk who told me 3 really funny jokes while I waited for my car's tire to be checked out. They got me right in and took the nail out free of charge. Excellent Service and friendly staff. I would highly recommend. Thank you Tire Rama. I will for sure be back to buy my winter tires soon!

Easy, quick change over to NEW (bought last winter) winter tires turned into a nightmare! Left the shop, tires weren't balanced. Returned to shop and then Manager ( Chuck) said he couldn't balance the tires. Says the tire is seperating. Why did you let me leave the your shop on a bad tire ????? Never going back, not worth a blow out on an icy highway. DANGEROUS EMPLOYEES!!!!Update: I called the corporate office. They just agreed with me, shop should not have sent us off on a bad tire ,TWICE. If I go buy another tire they will mount and balance for free.I went to Perfection Tire in Post Falls. Sent the receipt to Tire Rama Corporate office and they refunded my money. It was an easy process to get the refund and I found a better shop.
