1 hour as promised but when they changed out the cabin filter I noticed leaves on my passenger mat. I opened glove box alittle more and took our my contents finding broken up leaves and dirt dust. I wiped it all down 1st vacuumed up the debre.

I had another great experience today at Parker Toyota. They had replaced my blinker bulb a while back but it wasn't the same color as my other one because they thought it was a running late. I popped by today and they swapped it out for free and also adjusted one of my tail light bulbs I was having issues with intermittently. All at no cost.

Brought my wife's 2022 car in for routine service; oil and filter change on a Sunday. Of course they try to up sale, saying the wipers are bad and that only "theirs" do a good job. About 45 minutes after leaving, a "check engine" light came on saying, "secondary collision brake system malfunction". The weird part was, is that there were no alerts prior to bringing it in. Called immediately, and spoke with a very rude lady, saying that it probably wasn't a big issue and that their next appointment wasn't until Thursday. Spoke with a Manager who said that it was only secondary brake, and that primary brakes rarely go out. He (Christian) also said that they couldn't get to it until Thursday, but added that they may have bumped something while they were in there. It's sad that Parker doesn't stand behind their work to fix THEIR mistake, and makes my wife take time off work on a separate day to get the problem fixed. Over the years, Parker Toyota has completely lost sight of their customer service, and supporting those that have been loyal customers....

I dropped in because a signal light went out, the tech made sure I got the right part and installed it since it required disassembly of wheel well cover to access it. Amazingly helpful , excellent service,above and beyond . Thank you guys.

On June 27 we had an appointment with Parker Toyota for an oil change. On July 1 we had puddles of oil from our car throughout our garage floor. We called Parker to tell them of the situation and the service technician said to bring the car in asap. Prior to starting the car, I was concerned if there would be adequate oil in the engine to drive the car to Parker. The dip stick showed no oil. I took the precaution of filling the engine with oil and the engine took 4 quarts. At this point I was wondering what would have happened to my engine if I took the service technician's advice and just drove the car to Parker. Arriving at Parker they immediately took the vehicle in for service. Within an hour the vehicle was completed. The service technician suggested the problem was not due to their recent oil change. There was no charge for the service performed. Well, I understand that not all auto services maybe done correctly and sometimes stuff happens. All I ask is that when a problem occurs, own up to it and then think about how you can implement corrective action to prevent this from happening to future customers. I've purchased several vehicles from Parker and for the most part have been pleased with the purchases and after service. I hope my recent service experience is not a sign of things to come for Parker Toyota although based on the number of YELP reviews experiencing problems with oil changes this could be a sign of a negative trend.
