The “Gospal” part has disappeared from UGM. This store is receiving free product and pricing at an astronomical amount. I saw a $100 jacket! It may have been a trendy brand that I had never heard of but why should that prevent an underprivileged person from owning something they never could have afforded in the first place? It’s gross. It’s become “Big Business”. I posted pictures of $60 pants and more overpriced clothes. If you are from a family in need of affordable clothes, this is not the place to come.

The UGM saved me and my kids from the destructive path we were on by giving us a safe, free place to live at. Then they gave me everything I needed to flourish in my new life while I worked on myself . Their thrift store was how I could clothe my family when I wasn't able to work while I took classes. Now I have a huge voucher to buy furniture for out new apartment. I love the style of the store, I love the people they employ and I overall love their mission. They are making a difference and they do it without government funding.

Nice stuff, but prices are high for a thrift. Higher than online prices. Clean store.

Unfortunately every time I enter this thrift store I get angrier and angrier. Prices are outrageous, especially for donated, free inventory. I went in today and found a pair of ugly macys brand shoes that were priced $60. That is more than they would have cost retail. Whoever is pricing is out of their mind-comping everything online but most of the prices at this THRIFT store are priced $10-$40 over what they sell for on online marketplaces. Maybe you can find an occasional bargain but you’re better off finding a better deal for the items new at the store they came from.

I can NOT believe the prices of things here. I went in looking at baby clothes 6-9 months. ONE onies was $3!!! And you could tell it was used. Come on this is a thift store. I volunteered at one in priest river and even it something was brand new they marked it $.0.50 for baby clothes! What a rip off this place is....

Whoever does the pricing here must of bonked their head. Every item is so over priced it’s actually really sad. Shame on this business. Saw dollar store items for $3-5 dollars. Owner of this company REMEMBER this is a THRIFT STORE, not Nordstrom. And remember this is all 100% profit no matter what you price it at. You get it for free and mark up over 300-500%. Greedy and Sad. Your building is way to much overhead for this business find a better priced location and stop robbing people. I’ll never be back. Neither will the 6 people that came with me!!!!

The store is very nice and very well run. But the prices are very high. It’s used things that are donated. No need for such high mark up.

Clean store, cheerful service. I found a couple of end tables that I'd been looking for. They were a fair and affordable price. Also, the young lady at the donation drop-off was kind and professional. Thank you. Will be back for sure.

Prices are what you would find at Target or Kohl's and aren't typical thrift store prices. Clean and tidy store, though. Please turn the loudspeaker music down, it's headache inducing. I had to leave after 10 minutes.

Wow, some really rude people here. Went in with my kids yesterday who like looking for the used stuffed animals. I was looking at an office chair towards the back of the store when my kids walked away and went to the toy section about 30 feet away. Some miserable woman gets on the pa and says "for your safety, if you have kids, please keep them with you". I'm the only person in the store with kids and it happened as soon as they went off on their own, so I know this woman was talking about me. They're 5 and 7 and know exactly where they're going, they've been in the store dozens of times. I didn't realize I had to keep them at my hip at all times to be in the store. Should I get a leash for them next time? Beverly, there won't be a next time.

Clean and well organized BUT the prices are very high. They could make more money by lowering their prices and selling more! Watched for half and hour 1 out of 5 purchased there

Possible drug use on premises….atleast by the people who price items. Staff is friendly but the pricing is crazy. Scuffed up river run tubes that are $19.99 at cabelas, big 5 and other places are priced $28 used! I saw a dog toy from dollar tree for $5! The stuffs nice but why buy used when a lot of stuff is cheaper new?
