I spent over 40 minutes in this store looking for items for my daughter. I spent most of my time in the e.l.f aisle which is approximately 15’ away from the front registers. I am a 50 yr old dad in a hoodie and a sweatshirt. Who in the store most looks like they could use some help?? Surprise for the employees that don’t understand how to help people!!
Pitiful service.
Here’s a super duper crazy secret:
If you made this a more enjoyable experience for a man who is willing to do this for his daughter, can you imagine what that man’s approval rating would soar to when their wife or daughter wants to go shopping for this stuff in the future?
BTW, Sephora is only 2 blocks north. Maybe check it out??

Big shout out to Lisa! She was wonderful to me, helping me pick out my bridal make up. She was wonderful accommodating to my sensitive skin. When she couldn’t find the product she recommended, she went right back to try to find an exact match. Thank you Lisa so much for trying to help make my special day! ❤️

They gave my husband a card that is NOT redeemable online. The card they gave us has no pin number and cannot be used to make any purchases! This is NOT a legitimate refund. I am owed money back for a purchase where I spent REAL cash. This is unacceptable and now we have to come back to the store! When I worked at Ulta the people there had to love make-up, love helping customers and actually be competent!

Danielle went above & beyond for me during my last visit. She was very helpful in SO many ways! She's adorable, friendly & professional! I have been a Ulta member for years! I have visited several stores throughout the country. Unfortunately, the customer service I have received has varied and is rarely consistent. Sadly, retail customer service is not what it used to be. It's refreshing when you are cared for by an exceptional associate of management like Danielle! I just wanted to express my appreciation. Ulta has found a gem! 💎Thank you Danielle. ⚡️You rock! 🎶🎸

Every time that I have gone into Ulta beauty and asked an employee for help, it has been a disappointment. The usual response is: I don't know or it should be over here and then they just walk off. They don't look anything up on the computer to see if another store has it or if they have any in stock. Today I asked about a particular product that had been in the sale paper. I told the employee that I had looked online and your website for that particular store said that that product was in stock. She said all that happens all the time and then she just walked off and left me standing there

So I forgot to make a review, lol. But I went to this Ulta knowing Jack diddly about makeup, I didn’t even know how to use foundation or simple mascara. But I was desperate and wanted to finally give it a go. I walked in, and immediately was helped by two different people who showed me how to properly color match and apply everything. I bought what they suggested, and boom, I’m looking like a star.
Unfortunately, I do not remember their names, but the two women who helped me were stellar, honestly all the employees were nice just by observing.

Staff was super helpful with helping me find a good natural look, shout out to Danielle for her amazing job well done and her patience while I asked questions.

The service is really lacking at this store. The other stores I have been to provide a much better experience. This one always seems short-staffed with long lines and sometimes you can walk around for a while before anyone asking if you need help. They have a lot of room for growth but it seems like they have a high turnover with staff.
