Convenient location, friendly staff, I enjoy being able to get in and out whether doing notary service or package drop off. Tip to others, don't be petty; they are in business to make money and provide a service, please pay for that service like I do and don't sit their complaining because your not prepared like having tape or paying shipping costs.

Been coming here for shipping and returns for 4 years. Today was first time being threatened to charge to tape the end of a box on a return. I will find alternate options for shipping. Considering I could of had the package picked up from my front door and I live a considerable drive from any ups location I will choose the most expensive option from now on. Ridiculous to not just provide great customer service and move along.

The only reason I'm giving this UPS store 5 ☆☆☆☆☆'s is because of the stellar
service I received from their new employee Austin!! What a wonderful young man! I purposely DO NOT go to this location because I find the staff very unfriendly. However, today I was on a time constraint. I was in my car, in the parking lot, struggling to get a box out, when Austin came out into the parking lot & assisted me. What a good soul. He was so kind to me. I really appreciated his above & beyond service!! I hope UPS appreciates their new employee! It's rare to find employees like that! It's especially rare to find people like that in this day & age. He is truly a gem! Thank you Austin! All the best to you! Keep up the good work! 😊👍

I'm done with the ups store for anything, the manager in post falls is the absolute most unprofessional person i have ever seen anyone interact with. I've had bad intentions and have seen him have bad interactions with others as well. It baffles me how that store even stays open. I started coming to the cda store because of the horrible interactions in post falls. And $3 for a piece of tape is beyond absurd.
FOR ANYONE READING THIS POST!!!
staples is in cda as well and they are friendly and will package your returns for you. They will take your ups returns without frivolous fees. Highly recommend staples in cda.

If i could give zero stars, i would. The blond that was working the counter was rude. And it is absolutely ridiculous to charge $3.00 to use 16 inches of tape to secure the box. What happen to providing a service? That is not service. I will not be going back to the cda location. I was appalled. Lose the extra charge on a service you used to provide for free (there are other ways to make up for tape usage, and taking it from the customers like that, is not it) and get employees that help with a smile and are actually there serve their customers nicely.

Went in to drop off an Amazon return. My return says no box required but still had it in the box. The owner of the ups store was in helping as they were busy and he was helping people in line. I can appreciate that…but he looked at mine and said we don’t tape amazon boxes and if I read my instructions it clearly says that. Then he said it was 3 bucks to tape a 16” piece or buy a roll for $5. I walked out, then looked at my return and it clearly said no box required. My suggestion is go do what you normally do and let the folks in the store run the place. So much for customer service, seems to be a part of his business he’d much rather not have!
